The service was okay but when we checked in they asked to see our travel log history in which we showed them but they opened up a previous customers travel history and they were worried that we had been to Shandong province but in fact they just hadn’t checked the Chinese persons travel history and they were being overly cautious because we were foreigners. We have been in Beijing for months. They also gave our room to someone else but kindly gave us a lovely upgrade to the executive apartments. The breakfast was quite disappointing the pastries were dry with a hot lamp above them and there was no flavour but a lot of variety for Chinese breakfast style food if that’s what you’re into. I wouldn’t call this a international breakfast. The waitress in the breakfast lobby kindly found us some room temperature water because they only had hot water at the buffet. Because of the location we really enjoyed our stay but we probably will not go again. The amenities were alright but for such a lovely big bath tub there was only one small bottle of body wash which only lasted one tub use and then we couldn’t have a shower or go in the tub again because there was only one bottle between the both of us. I wouldn’t say not to recommend this hotel, it would be very good for people on business trips and big families but I wouldn’t recommend it for couples. Of the five hotels we have stayed in within Beijing, this hotel is ranked last.

A very warm and satisfying stay experience. It was very cold this weekend but we felt warm and happy, especially with a baby. Because the baby likes duck elements, we informed the relevant hotel staff in advance and the hotel helped prepare little yellow duck balloons for the baby. I was very happy when I checked in and kept saying that I would come back next time. The hotel took great pains to arrange the baby's sugar control request. The exquisite snacks prepared were specially prepared to reduce sugar. It was great. I took my baby to the hospital today because I was not sure whether I would be able to come back at noon. A handsome and tall staff at the front desk was very helpful. He patiently and attentively told me not to be anxious, and helped us delay check-out until three o'clock, so that we had enough time to take a rest after taking the baby back from the hospital, and the baby could also adjust. In fact, the normal check-out time is two o'clock in the afternoon. Thank you very much for the warm-hearted gesture of the staff in special circumstances. I have been to Beijing frequently with my baby in the past few years. This is my first time staying at the Mandarin Oriental. The internal environment and the overall quality of the staff are worthy of praise. The staff are polite and smiling everywhere I go. I think I will stay there again in the future. I will choose Mandarin Oriental Hotel again with my parents and family, thank you!

I forgot to take pictures, except that there is no elevator, everything else is fine, especially right next to the 07 security checkpoint. I got up at 6 o'clock in the morning and strolled to Tiananmen Square. After waiting for a while, the flag was raised. It is also close to the Forbidden City. I walked there and ate. It’s more convenient. It only takes a few minutes to walk to Dashilar. The front desk and service staff are very friendly. They even gave me a few refrigerator magnets when I left. I will choose to stay there next time I go to Beijing.

The hotel environment is comfortable and clean, and the service is responsive. The transportation is convenient. It is close to Exit I of Qianmen Subway Station and the bus terminal. It is good to go to Tiananmen Square, watch the flag-raising ceremony or go near the square. Dashilan is right next to it, so shopping and eating are very convenient.

The little brother at the front desk is very friendly. I know that I took my mother and brought a child. I upgraded the room to the family room for free. I also gave a relatively quiet room. It was more comfortable. Thank you. The room is very clean. Every day, the cleaning aunt is very kind and responsive. I have been asking if we have anything else to need 24 hours hot water. It is also very comfortable. The child likes this duplex structure. I am very happy to go up and down every day. I want to continue to live, but the room is fully booked. Stay to inform the front desk in advance! The hotel is very close to the attractions. It is so friendly to see Tiananmen Square flag raising. I went there! I will stay here next time. Recommend!

Send your children to Peking University and take the elderly to the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square. The hotel is very close to the front gate and within walking distance, it is especially convenient to watch the flag on Tiananmen Square. The rooms are clean and hygienic, comfortable and quiet. The structure of the re-examination, two 1.8-meter beds, the family is very satisfied. The neighborhood is particularly prosperous, shopping and eating is very convenient, the boss recommended the hotel, the food tastes superb. Friends and relatives come to Beijing to travel and do errands, it is highly recommended!

🚗 Traffic: Located in the front door area, the core of the core, the traffic is not too convenient! It is super convenient to go to Beijing Square for a five-minute walk. 🔔 Service: The younger brother at the front desk will take the initiative to help carry the box, very thoughtful. Added breakfast, the first day will choose the next day's breakfast and meal time. Can be Chinese or Western, or relatively rich. The next morning the waiter will knock on the door at the meal time chosen the day before to wake you up for dinner, which may not be very friendly to guests who want to sleep until they wake up naturally. 🍃 Environment: Although I expected the hotel's sound insulation would not be so good in the alley, I never expected to be woken up in the early morning by the nearby school playground broadcast and the noise... No wonder the bedside will specially put a prompt card and earplug...⚠️ Friends who sleep poorly choose carefully. ❤️ Give me a compliment on the value of the courtyard. The courtyard is still very design-oriented, pure white style, and the light is really good! Overall, the quality of sleep is a hard injury, but this price is worth the experience of living in the front door for a hundred years.

location location location !!! excellent location !!! It's a 30-second walk to the hotel from the subway exit, and you can see the hotel from the subway exit. The staff were very kind, the staff even asked me if I was dressed warmly enough. You don’t have to worry about staying here, eating or shopping, all in 1 min.
