I had a nice stay at NUO Hotel, the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel itself is really well decorated. Breakfast was delicious. The room was quite warm despite having the AC at the lowest setting, other than that my stay was perfect!

Not a 5 star hotel if that’s what you are looking for. The public area is nice. The room we stayed in had a very stinky bathroom smell the whole time, even after getting it “refreshed”. My daughter also found some type of pest control under the couch, but luckily she didn’t touch it and we were able to wash her hands quickly just in case. I think the room for family (with kid theme) should not have dangerous things in it like glass tables, glass flower vases, and pest poison. Make those rooms more kid-friendly. And solve the stinky issue. It was nauseating. The breakfast was good (not great but good). Had some western options, as well as, Chinese options. Lots of restaurants nearby to order food and drinks. Location great. Rooms don’t look updated.

The accommodation experience is very good. The hotel is 300 meters away from the subway station, which is convenient for travel. When making the reservation, the email was responded to in a very timely manner. Manager Wei was very patient in helping with the reservation. The breakfast is rich in content, and all the employees will take the initiative to say hello, especially Haiyan and Daxiong, the employees in the executive lounge. The cocktails are delicious and beautiful. I will book this hotel again in the future, highly recommended!

Everything was good and up to expectations except there was a construction at the lake in the winter and the lake was drained and all muddy. And the hotel said they upgraded me for a lake view. I would thot they should be more aware of what was going on…..

Stay was good but the neighbors were very noisy late at night and very early in the morning. Parents and children shouting in the hallway . This is inconsiderate to others . After complaining nothing was done but The cleaners came to clean the room next door very early in the morning too which was disturbing when you’re trying to have a peaceful sleep . Hotel facilities are great and service was good . Pay more attention to noise so guests can have a more enjoyable stay .
