the hotel is since years our meeting point for business in Beijing / the service is excellent even some of the staff should remember that they working for an international hotel / speaking English at a basic level should be a normal standard / the reception is always very helpful Regarding the taxi, the situation has some questions - no chance to get a taxi just now - need to book and have to wait Super professional service when picked up at the Daxing Airport Food at breakfast on the 1st floor and snack on the 15th floor is perfect - some even very delicious.

The service was good and room was clean. All amenities worked as expected. The receptionist helped with an upgrade and extra water bottle. The cleaning staff helped with extra sleepers. The taps had good water pressure and temperature control. The only thing I would improve is make the elevator easier to use. The button for 6th floor seemed weirdly placed and I couldn’t find it in first glance, also the board outside the elevator do not display the floor numbers with hotel rooms, like 6th floor. Please check the pictures attached.

It’s was my first business trip to China and decided to stay in this hotel. Staff at front desk named Hao Ming was very helpful. He help me to call the taxi and I have difficultly of my payment and he helped me out on this. Really impress! Housekeeper on 2nd floor was really nice and attentive. Would love to recommend this hotel!

I am new to China. I copied the address printed in Chinese that is supplied by trip.com. I included this address when I took a didi. There is only a Chinese option with didi. The address was incorrect and after a lot of insisting and phonecalls to the hotel, the driver reluctantly took me to the hotel. I was charged more for the trip and the experience was stressful. The lady at reception wechat me the correct address. Explaining this to her was also stressful. Please put up the correct Chinese address for foreigners who cannot speak and read Chinese. Otherwise, the linen and bedroom was very comfortable. I liked how you had many places to hang things.Its a handy detail.

The location is great if you have a visa appointment. It's located in the Diplomatic area. To get the the US Embassy in particular baidu will show you a route that takes around 10mins , but there's actually a shorter route , only takes 5mins walk , upon exiting the hotel make a left , then cross the street and there's a small gate that leads unto the road that goes to the embassy, photo number four shows the shorter route , Option B. The hotel is 11mins walk from the subway station and there are some nice restaurants along the street if you want to grab a bite ! Try Green Option Cafe , if you like salads, they have a really delicious roasted apple salad! I loved that there were lockers to leave small suitcases and bagos , for free. The breakfast options were pretty soso , don't rush down too early you'll not miss anything haha. The body wash in the bathroom has a really nice scent, lemon lime and verbena. The bed is soft and comfortable and there are two types of pillows , one hard and the other soft. The sound proof is the same as with all hotels in China , minimal Cons : They dont provide rubber slippers for the bathroom.

Visited on August 2023. Stayed for 4nights. Location is not ideal. Its 15-30mins walk to either train stations. No straight path. Nearest shopping mall of any repute is 25mins walk away. Good thing is its vlose to a row of economical eateries that serves a wide variety of cuisines: from local to European. Convenient stores and massage spas nearby. Reception staff is generally polite and professional. Their command of English is not strong, but they tried to be as helpful as possible. They always booked my car rides for me when I asked them to. Pet friendly hotel..i cane across a few dogs going to the rooms. One of them is huge mixed. Room is spacious with lots of storage spaces. Fittings are a bit dated. They are undergoing scheduled renovations, so hopefully it will be better. Housekeeping staff are polite, but expect very little English. Gym: air-conditioning control is not working. The equipment is old. There's a cat den right outside the window tho..so if you are a cat lover, there's lots of purry little ones playing in the garden space outside. Cafe: its converted from one of the rooms..not a full cafe. Breakfast is whatever they have. Almost the same everyday. Toast, hard boil eggs, porridge, and a selection of cooked items.

Top tier hotel, excellent service quality, ample room space, luxury bath room setup, well equipped with all kinds of amenities. Bed is outstanding and I had a good rest. However there are a few suggestions: 1. the entry hall is way too small, not enough waiting area, 2. The entry front wall was poorly decorated. It ooks cheap! 3. not enough space for breakfast, have to wait for a while to get in.

The gym has a good selection of weights and cardio machines as well as open space, so there are many options for workouts.
