非常的好，地理位置十分優越。過街就是僑港風情街，可以停車。離銀灘走路也可以去。還可以走路去碼頭。我們去的時候人超級多，很多人打的都打不了，但是我們直接走路很方便，下次來玩還住這家。

老闆兩口子東北人，熱情，民宿除沒電梯，其他沒毛病，離海灘，飯店，市場都近。我們想自己做飯吃，老闆自家的鍋碗瓢盆都讓用。門口就能停車。

老闆是東北人，很親和，人非常好！非常非常好！我們有東西落下了，還積極和我們聯繫對接，真的很不錯！！！而且老闆還推薦我們去哪些館子比較好吃哈哈哈哈哈！房子地理位置很好，就在僑港馬路對面，走路2min就能到風情街吃東西，真的很不錯！十分推薦！

這家店位置真的超級好，離銀灘，萬達廣場很近，對面過馬路就是橋港風情街，吃的超級方便，隔壁有小超市，他家門口有共享單車，我用共享單車到萬達廣場衹花了4元錢，其實衹花2到3元錢就可以了，就是還車要到指定的位置，找位置多花了點時間就多算了一塊錢。老闆老闆娘東北的，人特別熱情，我住的標間在一樓，公共浴室衹有兩個房間的人共用，也不算打擠，國慶期間住宿費用也衹有150元，這位置真的算便宜了。不管去海邊還是超市，還是逛風情街都近，其實他那離老街也近，我因為行程時間不夠了，就沒有老街打卡，下次來還選這家店。

衞生：乾淨，熱水很熱水壓也很大洗澡相當舒服。馬桶與臉盆都很乾凈，沒有異味。
環境：房間寬敞明亮。房間很大陽台大窗通風相當好，。
服務：老闆特別熱情，服務周到有問必答，主動介紹周邊遊玩景點。我們來自北京不太習慣南方的飯食，給我們介紹做北方飯的飯店， 便宜實惠。還合我們的口味。 賓館就在橋港街的斜對面。坐公交車去哪裡也特別方便呀。離橋港海灘也很近。

賓館位置非常好風情街對面，房間乾淨整潔住的舒心，離海灘和其他景點都很近，隔壁老王家的地鍋雞烤魚經濟實惠特別好吃，導航好找門前免費停車下次還會住這裏點贊👍👍👍
