The room on the second floor is dark, two lights are broken, and the hygiene is poor. So there are cracker crumbs under the sheets and glass shards on the floor. It feels like the room is too dark. Cleaning is difficult. However, the front desk and the aunt in charge of hygiene solved the problem very quickly. They changed the standard room on the third floor and spent two good days. Forgot to take pictures, the breakfast was very good!

It is not recommended to book such a room. Ctrip should not recommend such a room. If it recommends it, it must show real photos of the annex building to prevent tourists from being deceived!

Your hotel is considered a very good hotel in the area, but your service is really poor. Also, please reply as soon as possible to solve the problem instead of avoiding it!
