免費停車。出停車場識別不了。第一次出去花了五塊。退房要離開不起竿。識別不了。不知道是人工錄入不對還是啥故障。折騰四十分鐘。酒店工作人員怕自己麻煩，寧肯讓客人來回折騰四五次。人工起竿不過一分鐘。生硬折騰我四十分鐘，這星級酒店的服務也是太寒心了。

非常老的酒店了，設施陳舊，體驗很差，要兩瓶水前台説不續住的話要花錢買，你的房價和你的服務、設施不對等還好意思另外收費？前台有個高個子女服務員根本沒有服務意識，態度很差，對包頭的印象一下子不好了😔旁邊有個阿健餐廳東西死貴量還少，請大家避雷！！！

房間床上就有蟑螂，當時晚上九點十五打電話叫服務員來看看，然而一夜也沒來。早上起來渾身癢，又在床上發現了黑色的小蟲。早餐七點到九點，八點過去沒有多少了也不加，服務員已經坐到你旁邊的桌開始吃飯了！可以説從設施，衞生到環境和服務，差評實至名歸！如果説唯一還行的是地理位置的話，但是酒店對面是工人文化宮，五六日在廣場上搞晚會，吵死了，即便沒有晚會下面的環島天天堵車，也清靜不了！
