We arrived in Baoding. Huazhong was recommended by a friend. Great service. I got up late in the morning and asked the front desk that it was already past breakfast time. I didn’t want to eat anymore. I received a call from the front desk saying that they had communicated with the restaurant and could delay it for a while. Great service, very friendly. I also received a small gift upon check-out, which was very nice.

I drove there, so I chose a hotel with a parking lot. When I arrived early, the parking lot security refused to let me in, saying there was no space, so I went to the attraction first. As a result, the hotel front desk called again and asked for my car number. If there was no parking space, I could contact them to park the car when I returned at noon. There are parking spaces at the venue. Maybe the hotel and restaurant share a parking lot. Parking spaces are tight. I went to the front desk before 1 p.m. to ask if I could check in. They said that the wellness twin room we booked was not available and we could check into the king bed room first. If it was not suitable, we could change it and just want to rest first. I don’t care too much. I don’t know if it was downgraded. Anyway, there is no foot bath or treadmill. It is quite quiet and the air conditioning is powerful. It is also a non-smoking room and I gave a small gift. Illy coffee machine. The hotel breakfast is good and rich. The service is also warm. There is also Baoding Library on the first floor. 臨時開的一間套房 當鐘點房的 孩子要喝奶睡覺 然後就退房走了 這個酒店非常一般 地毯臟兮兮的 除了房間大一些 服務培訓不到位 我剛進來五分鐘 孩子着急喝奶 就躺在床上拿奶瓶餵奶 然後就聽見門開了 服務員徑直走進來了 然後看見我很慌張 説對不起 不知道有人住 我反問道 就算沒人 難道不也是先敲門嗎 確定確實沒人才進這不是最基本的酒店要求嗎 我幸好是沒來及脱衣服這舉動讓我無比惱火 道歉態度倒是有 又送水果又送娃娃 可能怕投訴吧 但是這種大忌犯的也太離譜了 大概四五個小時 我就退房走了 前台也一愣 是哪裡做得不好怎麼退房了 我倒是沒投訴 但確實體驗不好 有一説一 前台小姑娘態度非常好 包括入住時指引我去房間的服務生 我相信這次是個例的意外 但真的非常不舒服 希望加強這方面培訓吧 幸好這次我沒有脱衣服 也幸好是女服務員 假使這種情況真發生了 不是所有客人都可以選擇算了

朋友來保定玩，幫朋友預訂的房間，房間整體裝修很中式，給人一種端莊的感覺，很有品質。前台小白和小李服務非常好，跟耐性的幫我解答關於房間的預訂問題，還帶我到房間參觀各種房型，聽説朋友是帶孩子過來的還特意給我升級了家庭房，真的特別貼心，朋友入住時房間還增加了小朋友的洗漱用品，贈送了可愛的小星星毛巾和小可樂，小朋友非常喜歡，能感受到酒店的用心。朋友再來保定還會繼續選擇華中。
