I like this hotel very much. I stay here every time I come to Thailand. On average, I stay here twice a year for 10 nights each time. However, the service in the past two times has made me feel that it is not as good as before. When I came last time, the room was cleaned every day. There is no supply of daily necessities and only one towel. This time, I will leave the room at 10 am every morning and press the signal to clean the room. I will return to the room to rest for a while after 3:30 pm every day, but when I enter the room Later, I found that the room was not cleaned, so I went back to the location and informed the service area staff to arrange cleaning. The room was not cleaned not for one day, but for 3 consecutive days. Please really make me lose my expected plan.

This is my second visit and it’s fantastic. There’s so much to love about this hotel. Only unfortunate experience I had with my room was the main door was slanted so it was hard to close and the cabinet door covering the fridge was loose at the hinge. Had to tighten that. Other than that, my stay was great and I am sure to return.

The breakfast resturant offers a variety of delicious food, especially eggs benedict and BBQ chicken and pork. Thai noodle is always my favourite. I deeply appreciate the hospitable service on 33rd floor lounge from Immy, Wawa, Nicha, Nene, Wan, Por. You gave me lovely mother a wonderful vacation experience. Once again, thanks for your excellent performance.

All good except for the water pressure for the bathtub. They were kind enough to change my room but unfortuately it was the same problem in the new room.

The hotel was fantastic, the personnel very courteous and helpful. Because there was an issue with the plumbing near my room, I had been upgraded to an executive suite. It was greatly appreciated. The dry cleaning service is top notch and the in-room dining experience very good. All in all, It was pretty much a fantastic experience! I highly recommend the hotel. And I will definitely come back.

Kids had lots of fun in the pool and the games room. They have not even gone to play with the mini soccer field, tennis courts and mini golf yet. Breakfast buffet spread was kids friendly enough. They always had something for them. I came with 2 kids 6 & 8 which didn’t have breakfast included in the room rate. So I had to pay for 1 kid everyday, just under 300B, so it’s still okay. Room was a suite in the 31st floor. Great view. Huge space. King size bed was just enough for 4 of us to squeeze into. I love the strong water pressure in the toilets & the auto toilet washers. Didn’t like the short duration of hot water, always had to turn to full hot to get hot water flowing again. Location wise, it’s awesome! Connected to terminal 21, technically you didn’t need to go anywhere else. Asoke BTS just outside, Sukhumvot MRT also at the junction. GRAb was super easy to get as well, no super long waits like when we stayed around central world.

The rooms are beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay. The location is really good especially when moving around by the BTS skytrain. Had some issues with wifi on our first night but this was resolved within couple hours after informing the staff about the issue. The cleaners did a great job and made our stay convenient and comfortable. The gym had all of the basic equipments needed for getting workout done. There’s some room for improvement when it comes to the TV setup. Would be nice to be able to use streaming services on the TV which isn’t possible at the moment.

Wonderful stay, the room is cozy and clean. We will definitely come back again! Location wise need to walk about 10mins to reach the station, my suggestion is that if the hotel shuttle bus can pick up to and fro from the station is the best. Food wise is up to standard and we are grateful that they will allow us to consume our food even though the time is over. Overall the hotel staffs and restaurant staffs are friendly and helpful. Thanks for giving us such a memorable stay. One more thing to note is that the machine for drinks are nice, my daughter love it 😍

The hotel is fine and located near the BTS train station. The staff were friendly, room service was quick and breakfast had a lot of variety. However, since we stayed in a smoking room as requested, it felt like a torture because there's no balcony, the windows can't be opened even a bit, there's not a single exhaust fan in the room or in the toilet. Would be great if they could install even a cheap exhaust fan in the window or at least an air purifier in each smoking room. Also the air conditioning on the lobby was not cold enough.
