This hotel is brand-new, and has immense potential. It's a shame that I have to write this negative review, but I'm hoping it can spur the hotel to do much better in several areas. We discovered this newly built hotel from a local friend and decided to book four nights during the festive season. Upon arrival, the check-in process took much longer than expected. This was in-part due to the poor command of English by most of the staff. We were assigned a room in Tower A and Tower B. Tower A rooms are much more convenient as the pool and gym are located on the same tower. The rooms itself were great, but there were many small issues which hampered the experience during our stay. For example, the shower drain drains water very slowly, resulting in an overflow everytime you take a shower. The water pressure itself was decent but they need to solve the drainage issues, because we had several different rooms during our stay and every room had the same problem. Other than that, the rooms were great. The power points have USB-A and USB-C inlets, so you don't need an adapter when staying at this hotel, a very thoughtful point. Next, the breakfast buffet was decent. Bangkok hotels are famous for their excellent breakfast buffets. I have stayed in countless hotels in Bangkok, and the benchmark continues to be Centara Grand at CentralWorld for breakfast. Samala's breakfast buffet had a variety of options. The great thing is that the dishes are different every day, so you'll never have a boring breakfast. The bad news is that in terms of taste, its not consistent. For example, there was one morning which had Hainanese Chicken Rice served, and I nearly vomited after tasting it. On another day, there was Green Curry Chicken served, and it was amazing. Speaking of breakfast, I want to highlight the excellent service by Mr. Tong, which I believe is the manager of the breakfast service. Mr. Tong was very attentive and checked-in on us to make sure everything was fine. Interestingly, he spoke much better English than half the front desk staff so perhaps he should be there instead! Last but not least, I want to provide some inputs about the service. It was very inconsistent. Most of the staff at the hotel were very friendly, particularly the concierge, which was amazing at making dining reservations and providing recommendations for lunch/dinner. The front desk staff were also very friendly, and I managed to have a good chat with the front desk manager on several occasions. She had a good command of English, together with a woman who appeared fierce but was very friendly, but the same can't be said for the rest of the staff. They had some of the worse English I have ever seen in any hotel. Bangkok is an international tourist destination, and if the front desk can't get English right, it's better they are moved to other parts of the hotel. Kids had lots of fun in the pool and the games room. They have not even gone to play with the mini soccer field, tennis courts and mini golf yet. Breakfast buffet spread was kids friendly enough. They always had something for them. I came with 2 kids 6 & 8 which didn’t have breakfast included in the room rate. So I had to pay for 1 kid everyday, just under 300B, so it’s still okay. Room was a suite in the 31st floor. Great view. Huge space. King size bed was just enough for 4 of us to squeeze into. I love the strong water pressure in the toilets & the auto toilet washers. Didn’t like the short duration of hot water, always had to turn to full hot to get hot water flowing again. Location wise, it’s awesome! Connected to terminal 21, technically you didn’t need to go anywhere else. Asoke BTS just outside, Sukhumvot MRT also at the junction. GRAb was super easy to get as well, no super long waits like when we stayed around central world.

I like this hotel very much. I stay here every time I come to Thailand. On average, I stay here twice a year for 10 nights each time. However, the service in the past two times has made me feel that it is not as good as before. When I came last time, the room was cleaned every day. There is no supply of daily necessities and only one towel. This time, I will leave the room at 10 am every morning and press the signal to clean the room. I will return to the room to rest for a while after 3:30 pm every day, but when I enter the room Later, I found that the room was not cleaned, so I went back to the location and informed the service area staff to arrange cleaning. The room was not cleaned not for one day, but for 3 consecutive days. Please really make me lose my expected plan.

We used it until the departure of the midnight flight. So I didn't sleep. The building is quite old, but the room facilities are firm. There are also tables, refrigerators and safety boxes. There is also an outlet on the pillow. There is also a bathtub. The size is also a problematic size. It was a room on the 6 floor, but there was a BTS Nana station platform at the close distance ahead of the window of the room. It's quite noisy when the train passes. The room on the side of the Sukhumvit Street on the 5th and 6th floors seems to be the front of the platform. If you want a quiet room, you should request a room opposite to Sukhumvit Street. The location is zero minutes walk from the entrance of Nana Station. Very convenient location, but it is a hotel for people who want to stay reasonable because it is old.

The Hotel is great. We took the 2 bedrooms apartment. As some members of my family are having their birthday on the month that we stayed, the staffs surprised us with a birthday cake a d beautifully decorated room. The Breakfasts are delicious and served only when you ordered. Hence minimised food wastages. Every bedroom comes with a washing machine that has tumbler drying function, as well as a well equipped kitchen. Encourage those with family to choose this hotel that is close to the shopping malls with many good food. Highly recommended place and hotel to stay with elderly, children and toddler. Thank you.

The location is convenient, just a few minutes walk from BTS Phrom Phong Station. The transportation is convenient, and the air conditioning and hot water are great! The breakfast buffet is not particularly rich in variety, but it is sufficient. There is a small swimming pool on the fourth floor platform, which is quite clean. The front desk clerk doesn't seem to speak Chinese, but he can communicate in English, and the bellman is proactive and enthusiastic. In short, everything is good. I will stay here again!

The hotel overall is good. Distance from bts is about 5 minutes walk. Okay if not hot or rainy. Near 1 minute walk have convenient store which is awesome. Check in at night due to flight delay and the receptionist is not having good attitude. Requested late check out for one hour which is 1pm and was rudely rejected. During check out i find another shift of receptionist is so different in attitude. So my point is, if you late arrival dont book. Unless you check in earlier. This is an apartment based so corridor is not sound proof you can hear other room’s noises. And the corridor have smoke smell. Room wise is okay. See picture , but the floor is very dusty. Floor is not carpeted. However, the amenities are complete. Bathtub available. The apartment room is very Japanese style. The shower head is pretty low similar to shower head in Japanese home. Bed and pillow is quite comfy too. Charging outlet location also very convenient to guest. The breakfast have limited selection but there are baker’s confectioneries, ie cheese cake and choc fudge cake. The gym and sauna works but the toilet seems not well maintain, lights and locker doesnt work.

Super friendly and helpful staff - I arrived early morning fresh of overnight flight and they not only rushed to get a room ready but then whatsapped me when it was ready. Late checkout - no probl! Excellent breakfast - plenty of it and served with a smile. Room was quiet and had everything that I needed without being over the top . I’ll definitely stay here next time I am in BKK.

My family and I stayed here for 3 days and this hotel was a bit dated, but the security and front desk staff were friendly. The concierge Mr Nuh helped us a lot. The rooms here are not bad, a bit dated, but no big problem. The toilet is also very clean, there is no free wifi here, and the charging signal is not very good. Our breakfast encountered some problems; the dishes here are not very rich, and the waiter can't understand English! There is no halal option here, but the fruit is still delicious. The breakfast area here shouldn't be so complicated! In addition, this area is very suitable for home travel as there are many residences nearby and close to the road. Robinson and Terminal 5 are nearby. We didn't try the pool, but it was not bad.

In the past, I have stayed in the main building which have wonderful rooms and a delightfully refreshing and expansive bathroom. This time, I was on a budget and stayed in Building 2 and the room and bathroom were just perfect and awesome value that cannot be beat in Sukhumvit. You are next to the great Terminal 21 Mall with a magnificent food court and shopping experience, right next to the BTS station Asok which is 1 hour from the airports, LOTS of restaurants and foot massage places on Soi 19 and just a short walk to activities on Nana Plaza. Most of all, Nanny and Golf and other folks at the front desk and the bar and the restaurant are as welcoming and warm as possible. This was my 3rd stay there :)

Stretch of (clean) massage parlors leading to the hotel but best to book a slot few hrs prior if you are going on weekday late night / weekend. Everything you need is within reach. Cons: Lack of charging ports near the bed. There is one but your cable must be at least 2m long for you to use while lying. The slippers provided is very worn, best to bring your own disposable pair or just buy 1 from Miniso at T21. If you wish to deposit your luggage after you check out, the luggages are stored near the back door. There's a CCTV but otherwise, it's left unattended. If you are coming in from DMK airport, the highway toll will be 80 + 50 Baht. The address is Sacha's Hotel Uno.
