Stayed 5 nights with my kids and parents. Excellent service from front desk, restaurant, porter, house keeping. Every staff was nice and helpful. Room was clean and tidy. Location was convenient. Everything was perfect. The breakfast at Rossini's was exceptionally gorgeous. I was a bit curious to find that the reviews of this hotel were significantly better than other similar upscale five star hotels in Bangkok. Now I understand.

BTSもMRTも両方使えどちらも駅から5分以内です。ロビンソンデパートやターミナル21も近いです。道路を挟んでコンビニもありますので立地は最高です。玄関を入るとバーカウンターがあり、常時ここでドリンクのサービスがあります。その奥にレセプションがあります。部屋は広く、別途の幅も広いです。室内の冷蔵庫はの飲み物はサービスです。お風呂が変わっていてお湯が天井から手出来ます。浴槽にお湯がたまっても床に流れない工夫がしてあるのでのんびり疲れます。ただシャワーが固定式なのがマイナスです。あとトイレのガラスの引き戸がガラスなのでちょっと気恥ずかしいかな。あとこれだけの設備なのでウオッシュレットではなく、タイ式のシャワーでした。朝食はオーダー式です。選択の品数にデザートが含まれているので、これは別にしてほしいです。特機すべきはチェックインが午前8時からでチェックアウトが午後4時です。朝食は午後2時まで可なので、多少は宿泊費が高いとおもっても、イトチェックイン、レイト高久はありません。チェックアウト込みと思えば高いとは思いません。館内は、オリエンタル雰囲気満載で比較的地味な、夫婦で静かにのんびりできるホテルです。そういう意味でタイトルにもあるように子供ずれには向かないと思います。大人の夫婦向けのホテルです。

Pros: Location has always been great of Sofitel and the latest touch up was beautifully done. Bed is super comfortable. All staff with great attitude and service levels are extremely high. I would always come back here when I am in Bangkok. Cons: more a suggestion- bathroom floors are super slippery when wet. Same goes for the sauna area. Put anti slip mats pre cautiously, they don’t cost much….

Location is prefect next to the nana station, hotel service is good. However there has quite noise especially can heard the train when crossing. Moreover, the floor is quite dirt, didn’t think that was clean enough. Other than that, everything is nice, the pool is nice and water is quite cool, can enjoy the pool side drinks with sunshine.

Kids had lots of fun in the pool and the games room. They have not even gone to play with the mini soccer field, tennis courts and mini golf yet. Breakfast buffet spread was kids friendly enough. They always had something for them. I came with 2 kids 6 & 8 which didn’t have breakfast included in the room rate. So I had to pay for 1 kid everyday, just under 300B, so it’s still okay. Room was a suite in the 31st floor. Great view. Huge space. King size bed was just enough for 4 of us to squeeze into. I love the strong water pressure in the toilets & the auto toilet washers. Didn’t like the short duration of hot water, always had to turn to full hot to get hot water flowing again. Location wise, it’s awesome! Connected to terminal 21, technically you didn’t need to go anywhere else. Asoke BTS just outside, Sukhumvot MRT also at the junction. GRAb was super easy to get as well, no super long waits like when we stayed around central world.

We used it until the departure of the midnight flight. So I didn't sleep. The building is quite old, but the room facilities are firm. There are also tables, refrigerators and safety boxes. There is also an outlet on the pillow. There is also a bathtub. The size is also a problematic size. It was a room on the 6 floor, but there was a BTS Nana station platform at the close distance ahead of the window of the room. It's quite noisy when the train passes. The room on the side of the Sukhumvit Street on the 5th and 6th floors seems to be the front of the platform. If you want a quiet room, you should request a room opposite to Sukhumvit Street. The location is zero minutes walk from the entrance of Nana Station. Very convenient location, but it is a hotel for people who want to stay reasonable because it is old.

My stay for celebrate my birthday at Sindhorn Kempinski is very memorable impressive. My room is grand premier room. This room is spacious and all well maintained. Luxury with contemporary thai design. In this room has kitchenette, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine etc. private balcony. With craftsmanship card and delicious HBD card that fulfill my birthday stay. Service staff are top notch. Friendly and helpful. They always look around to assistant to ensure my stay memorable. Newest Ki Izakaya Japanese Restaurant at 9th floor, highly recommended. Quality ingredients. Staff at there are excellent service. Especially K. Oh. There are bakery shop near flourish restaurant as well. Breakfast is definitely won't be disappointed. Croissant the best. All food set as buffet plus delicious a la carte. The green space in front of the hotel let’s you out of the busy city. Swimming pool with serenity view instagrammer don’t miss it to strike a pose. Last point, Lobby so stunning. I guarantee you have to pick a phone to take a picture for sure. Afternoon tea at lobby lounge, must try. I will be back again and again to stay at Sindhorn Kempinski.

The hotel overall is good. Distance from bts is about 5 minutes walk. Okay if not hot or rainy. Near 1 minute walk have convenient store which is awesome. Check in at night due to flight delay and the receptionist is not having good attitude. Requested late check out for one hour which is 1pm and was rudely rejected. During check out i find another shift of receptionist is so different in attitude. So my point is, if you late arrival dont book. Unless you check in earlier. This is an apartment based so corridor is not sound proof you can hear other room’s noises. And the corridor have smoke smell. Room wise is okay. See picture , but the floor is very dusty. Floor is not carpeted. However, the amenities are complete. Bathtub available. The apartment room is very Japanese style. The shower head is pretty low similar to shower head in Japanese home. Bed and pillow is quite comfy too. Charging outlet location also very convenient to guest. The breakfast have limited selection but there are baker’s confectioneries, ie cheese cake and choc fudge cake. The gym and sauna works but the toilet seems not well maintain, lights and locker doesnt work.

Located at the quiet end of Soi 8, but still convenient to the Nana BST station, restaurants, clubs, the Terminal 21 mall, and essentials like Top supermarket (below MdDonalds), pharmacies and the like. The hotel itself and the rooms are small with comfortable beds and multiple pillows, nice amenities for the price (full bottle of shampoo and body soap!), a fridge, hot water pot and provided coffee. TV channel selection is limited to mostly local channels but who cares. Friendly, helpful staff. Restaurant inside, but I did not try it. I'll stay here again!

Beautiful hotel in a side street (Soi 12) of the Sukhumvit-Road near BTS Asok. The reception was very friendly and quick, at an additional cost (about 30 euros) we could also get the room at 9 a.m. tomorrow. The room is very spacious and large, WIFI is available in good quality in the hotel. In the room there are enough deposit boxes and also a safe. The cleaning was very ordinary every day. The hotel staff was always very friendly to us. From the hotel you get to the Sukhumvit mouth with the Hotel Tuk-Tuk, then we always took a motor taxi (20THB), since the hotel is just at the end of the Soi 12. It is very quiet and has a small beautiful garden and pool in the garden instead of on the roof, opposite to other hotels. The pool is very pleasantly designed to relax after a day by Bangkok. The hotel offers a breakfast for about 200 THB, which is absolutely in order for the price. We have felt absolutely well and enjoyed the days and can recommend the hotel further.

Un petit déjeuner classique pain , beurre confiture , 4 morceaux de fromage cheddar et deux tranche de pain pas toasté.Dommage que le jus de fruit soit chimique et hyper sucré avec tous les fruits qu il y a en Thaïlande! Sur une terrasse à cote de la piscine , c'était assez calme
