The hotel was fantastic, the personnel very courteous and helpful. Because there was an issue with the plumbing near my room, I had been upgraded to an executive suite. It was greatly appreciated. The dry cleaning service is top notch and the in-room dining experience very good. All in all, It was pretty much a fantastic experience! I highly recommend the hotel. And I will definitely come back.

I have had the most wonderful experience in Muu hotel . My first trip to Bangkok after 4 years and I really loved 🥰 the choice of hotel I made . Especially to the personnel’s like Buoy I am sorry if I didn’t spell his name correctly . He’s the concierge , bell man all around person to go to for all information . I was so impressed with his kindness and thoroughness . And to the whole staff in the front desk to the shuttle service driver. You’re truly amazing . And truly a most amazing stay. I booked this hotel when I came to Bangkok to watch Jay's concert. What can I say? The overall environment and decoration are very nice. It’s great for taking pictures~ The swimming pool on the top floor is also very nice. The description of the hotel is a bit off. It was agreed that there would be Chinese courtesy introductions and so on. When you get there, there is nothing. The other person just uses their mobile phone to translate for you. Then there are the facilities in the room. The toilet is not equipped with a trash can. There is only one under the sink. They are far away and inconvenient. The hair dryer is also a relatively old-fashioned one. At this price, it can definitely be matched with a Dyson. The most worthy of complaint is that when sleeping at night, the abnormal noise outside is extremely loud! The sound insulation is really very poor. I don't know what they are helping to move upstairs, but from time to time there is a sound of large furniture being dragged! Lying in bed it sounds like it's outside on your balcony. I was still working on it at 2 o'clock in the middle of the night. I had no sleep at all. There is no sound insulation between the floors and the upper and lower floors. The next door is talking, entering the room, etc. It's very loud. If someone is taking a shower upstairs, I can hear it very clearly, and the pipes are ringing in my ears. But the attitude of the service staff is very good👍 They are really enthusiastic! If the facilities and soundproofing were kept up to date, I would still stay here. The environment is really good.

Wonderful stay, the room is cozy and clean. We will definitely come back again! Location wise need to walk about 10mins to reach the station, my suggestion is that if the hotel shuttle bus can pick up to and fro from the station is the best. Food wise is up to standard and we are grateful that they will allow us to consume our food even though the time is over. Overall the hotel staffs and restaurant staffs are friendly and helpful. Thanks for giving us such a memorable stay. One more thing to note is that the machine for drinks are nice, my daughter love it 😍

I want to congratulate Aspira Hospitality for absolute excellence while I have been in ASQ (quarantine). The service is personal, yet professional, courteous and caring and understanding of the guests circumstance of stay, as well as being incredibly efficient and consistent. I was dreading my 14 day quarantine period although can honestly say I have felt like I've been on holiday, not quarantined. From the minute I was met at the airport until now, including the interactions via LINE and via room telephone, the scheduled PCR escorted health checks to requesting extra coffee or amenities has been delivered with genuine and sincere hospitality. I have been eminently impressed for my entire stay which is not easy to achieve with me. I have very high standards and even higher expectations and I inordinately critique. Your property has exceeded my expectations in so many ways but the most impressive is your team, simply exceptional. Please pass on my congratulations to your team at Aspira Hana Residence and Khun Sutanant - Group Operations Manager for delivering a memorable experience, they really are a great tribute to Aspira Hospitality.

1. Old used bed linen on arrival The first night check-in, the bedlinen was obviously not new and with wrinkles on them. When asked to change rooms, the staff said there was no availability and could only change the next day 2. No hot water in the shower After changing to a new room, I informed the receptionist that no hot water in the shower. After multiple attempts, and still NO HOT WATER, and the staff didn't try to change rooms again 3. Poor customer service When I informed the no hot water issue, the receptionist told me to wait in the room for the engineer to come to look into the issue in 30 mins 2 hours later, no engineer showed up and I went to the reception again, the receptionist appeared to be annoyed by it. And she INSISTED that I should wait for another 5-10 mins to go to the room with the engineer to fix it. I was already late to my agenda and 2 hours wasted. Outcome: The problem is not fixed, and waste of time 4. Noise issue (poor training) The wall is very thin. It was okay to hear the guest here and there. BUT 90% of the loudest noise is from the staff yelling at each other and running around

Good location nice shopping in the area including brand new emsphere mall. and Michelin pork noodle soup right next door. Room is a bit old ans dated. Pillows are way too soft had to stack 4 pillows. What we like this hotel best is the location, you can walk to EmSphere, Emquartier and you have everything around you. The staff are helpful, when we arrived at our room which smells of cigarettes, they changed for us immediately. However, it is an old hotel, so don't expect the amenity and facilities to be brand new. I think also the walls and windows are thin, so if you are very sensitive to sound, you will have to bring ear plugs.

The Hotel is great. We took the 2 bedrooms apartment. As some members of my family are having their birthday on the month that we stayed, the staffs surprised us with a birthday cake a d beautifully decorated room. The Breakfasts are delicious and served only when you ordered. Hence minimised food wastages. Every bedroom comes with a washing machine that has tumbler drying function, as well as a well equipped kitchen. Encourage those with family to choose this hotel that is close to the shopping malls with many good food. Highly recommended place and hotel to stay with elderly, children and toddler. Thank you.

The location is convenient, just a few minutes walk from BTS Phrom Phong Station. The transportation is convenient, and the air conditioning and hot water are great! The breakfast buffet is not particularly rich in variety, but it is sufficient. There is a small swimming pool on the fourth floor platform, which is quite clean. The front desk clerk doesn't seem to speak Chinese, but he can communicate in English, and the bellman is proactive and enthusiastic. In short, everything is good. I will stay here again!

I have stayed in this Hotel 4 times during Apr 2018 to Oct 2019. During the first visit, we liked Hotel so much that we booked during next visits. It has good room service, nearby area is beautiful and classy, staff is polite, clean room on daily basis, nearby BTS. There was unlimited Tea served. As I am Indian we love tea. We liked the staff named Ying Fadathorn, who was very sincere and working passionately. Initially I thought she is owner, but later on while discussion she was just receptionlist. Although there is Buffet Continental Breakfast, but during all the visits, We got bored with menu, same everytime. Can you please include items like Eggs or something. It is not so much a hotel, it is more like a domestic youth hostel style. It is a five-minute walk from the air rail Tongluo Station. The Tongluo Road Hotel is lively and safer. The hotel is in the small road next to Tongluo Road. There are 7-11 at the intersection. There are also many Japanese and Korean restaurants. Green signs are easy to misunderstand into a ** store (there are indeed ** sales in the hotel). The design style of the hotel is very stylish, making full use of the space, the stairs are narrow and steep, but the anti-slip and incense pieces are laid, and the environment is very fragrant. The room was clean and comfortable, and the mattress was a hard type. It is to remind you to note: 1. The anti-collision block on the ground of the door is easy to kick; 2.
