Sukhothai Residence Ruam Ruedi

Goo location close to the malls, shops and some food. Just have to walk a few minutes. The room was a nice size but if you're an English speaker there are no shows in English on the TV. They have an airport van aad well.

On surface the hotel seemed okay for middle ranked city hotel. But after our first night thing went badly wrong. After sleeping in an okay bed with room that had window that was fixed just open letting in mosquitos and sound of traffic. As you can imagine i slept badly and with restlessness. Woke up and went for breakfast with my partner. When I arrived back at hotel, a woman calls my attention  by my room number, 303. Another woman at front desk goes under her desk gets something and gets out of her desk to spread over a queen size bedsheet and show me a 1 inch stain of blood, I had 2 women in front of me telling me to be more carefull. There were other customers watching the scene, I was so embarrassed and paralize that I went straight to my room where I had a thought about what just happened, then went down again and ask to talk to the manager, no positive answer on that, then asked to register a complain and nothing there either... I told them that the only option they were leaving me was to explain this all over Internet, which I am not too much in favour of that. The only word I got was a sorry! Nothing else... I explained that the reason they that did not matter, it could be very valid reason on their eyes, perhaps paying extra to laundry service I dont know... I wanted to let them know that that is not the way you treat your guest and end up in tears, even with that I could not get more than a sorry... nothing else... I have asked them that if the do not have her period once a month, don't they have daughters it never happen to them??? I cannot understand what they were thinking when doing that. Get the bedsheets from the bed, keep it in reception so when they see the customer, rub it in front of their face and everyone else in the hall... I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel!!

I have stayed more than 10 times here and I already has given great feedback about this place before. This time I have very bad experience with staff on reception, I just asked can I have a late check-out as a regular guest and hotel was almost empty. So, I got a very aggressive answer with voice raised, next day I tried to talk with this staff to explain her she can't talk with me like that ,she replied - If you don't like something, you should find another hotel and don't come here anymore(I will definitely come as I like hotel). I asked her if I could speak to the manager? She told me that she is the manager.I asked if I could get your name, to which she completely ignored my question and didn't tell me her name. She told me that can't understand English which is not through. I really like this place and will be great to improve,to avoid situations like this.

We were travelling from Chiang Mai to Phuket so we booked a one night stay there. The hotel was ok and located in a nice area. The room was nothing special but a good bed and a big room. The bath was a bit old and some water problems occured. Nothing really bad. Also the front desk lady wasn't very friendly but ok. It was for the price a nice stay.
