What a great place to stay. The hotel is located nearby malls and street food location. When we arrived the welcoming was super. The professionalism of the employees behind the desk was suburb . The next contact we made was with Erwin, we were exploring the hotel and when he saw us he gives us a good impression what the hotel us could bring, sending us to the roof top bar to see the city. The next employee Deman, He is the bartender at the pool. Super friendly and helpful. He arranged our drinks and food and always with a smile. (Thanks for the green morning drinks) Thanks Demon and Erwin for your help. Last but not least I want to thank the Iswan. Every morning we met him with a big smile at the breakfast. He provided us with information about the city. So we could make a program for the day. Great support and many thanks for your help and sandwich and drink when we left by car. For all who will read this, when you visit Bandung please book you room in this hotel. I have been in so many hotels in whole Indonesia but this hotel is in my top three. Terima kasih banyak and till next year.

Good location, quite central and surrounded by some great restaurants. It's also a few minutes away to RedWhite Star bus company that run direct services to Jakarta airport. But sadly on the first morning, both of us woke up covered in bites only to find very very small insects crawling on the bed and side cabinets. We complained and were shown another room which was infested just as badly. Then shown a third room which was better but still found insects crawling everywhere, so they fumigated the room, using anti-bug spray and then cleaned the room which we then moved into. Then it was fine, no sign of insects and no bites - all good. Some staff very apologetic, some staff just useless. But just something we really didn't want to be dealing with, especially as virtually no staff spoke English (or French or Spanish). Breakfast was also pretty bad, key cards to the room kept losing their info and wi-fi was awful (and also kept logging out!). We will be returning to Bandung but won't be booking here again!

I forgot to bring my glasses and headset when checking out and they are gladly to deliver the stuff back to me. The location is also strategic. You can have a variety of food as there are a lot of restaurant from the small to the big one around the hotel.

It was a pleasure to stay here! The hotel is really located in the Bandung city centre. We got a room with a very good view of the city, we can see Gazibu and Gedung Sate from our room. Excellent services! Staffs are very professional, friendly and helpful.
Rooms are clean with modern furniture and with all amenities you may need. The staff will ask if you need the additional amenities, appreciate it! 
The bed was ,,queen-size'' but very comfortable for sleep. Free WiFi works perfectly, I can even work comfortably from the hotel with a good view of the city. The hotel has a mini playground for kid also! 
I would recommend this hotel for both business or pleasure trips.👍 Thank you for the complimentary chocolate cake!

nice hotel to stay in this, super commfy and the staff so helpfull, enjoying the facilities in this hotel with the family.and the foods was so tasty.location very good.Location is super, it 's in the heart of bandung city. Room is cool, love the way its design to separate toilet and shower room. Breakfast is great, many choices of food and tasty as well. Parking lot is limited, but security guys were very helpful. Went there because of the rating, and because they have rooms with connecting door. Which is important for a family with teenagers like us. Turned out, we're happy with the beautiful decorations of this hotel. They pay attention to details and so in love with the baby blue color that dominates the hotel. They can fill up the mini bar for additional Rp 25k. The deluxe room we had was 21m2 small but somehow nice enough and comfortable for we just stayed for a night. I love the pillows. Rugs are clean, some do looked aged but clean enough. Breakfast was served a la carte to the tables in the restaurant, except for bread, danish, fresh milk - those are served in a small buffet. Service was excellent. The plus point is the areas was packed with FOs and restaurant - must be nice when the pandemic is over. But as we avoided crowds, we just had meals from the restaurant which were delicious and at affordable prices. Check-in and out were easy, staffs are courteous .. perhaps we will come back. Thanks.

We stayed in room 216, friendly receptionist, along the hallway to the dirty room, lots of dust & spooky The room is dirty, smells of cigarettes, dusty everywhere... there's a lot of trash in the cupboard, lots of empty aqua bottles and dust (how come..., this hotel is really weird...!!!) Dirty toilet, dirty closet, dust, smell..... the sofa is dirty, lots of dirty and dusty spots, the carpet is really dirty, makes the soles of the feet black like playing on the asphalt.. We were only 30 minutes in the room, immediately checked out and moved to another hotel... It's a shame the hotel is in a strategic location, at a price that's not cheap, but it's not maintained.. Very..very disappointing...

This is a brief impression of the hotel from a one day meeting. I didn't stay. The hotel looked clean, well maintained and smart . The conference room staff seemed efficient and courteous. The buffet lunch with our group of 60 was surprisingly tasty and enjoyable, in contrast to many boring buffets! On that basis I'd be happy to stay there (it was full for the dates I needed).
