A warm welcome, fast check-in and an upgrade into executive room. Especially Ms. Grace shows a very good service attitude and very attentive friendly help. Breakfast is a high standard and the good quality of food is delicious and various. Enough elevators and no waiting time when will up or down. The room is good equipped, clean and tight. It have good view. There is a good lobby which is suitable for meeting, drink somewhat, relax or what you want. However, I got a pleasant stay and will stay here next time. It's the most cost-effective hotel I've ever stayed in. We came to watch a concert. We were still on the train when we got a call from the hotel asking if we had a baby with us and if we needed extra toiletries? Do you need free extra bed service depending on how old your child is? As soon as we arrived in Fuzhou at around 12 o'clock, we were notified that the room was cleaned and the extra bed was ready for check-in at any time! The little guy in the lobby helped us carry our luggage, he was very enthusiastic! We were given breakfast for free, and it was amazing! We didn't go down until nearly ten o'clock, but the variety was still very rich. The rice noodles and noodles tasted better than the laohua we ate on the street! Three of us who stayed at this hotel said they would give it ten stars!

The location is ok. The staff are friendly and the service is good. The website says the room I stayed is 30 sq. Meter but the room itself is no more than 18. The room does come with a patio which is relatively big. There is a wall in the patio that blocks view (5th floor). The bath room is relatively small and no bathtub. I left the hotel around 7:30 in the morning to the nearest high speed train station by Grab and it took around 30 minutes. There is a safe in the room. The buffet breakfast is ok. The swimming pool is not big enough for laps. The chairs at the restaurant are too high and not comfortable.

I would say that stayed at one of the oldest hotels in Bandung and Indonesia is a quite experience. The hotel located is perfect. It is near all of the attractions in Bandung. We haven't tried the breakfast menu, but we went to the sideresto and ordered fish and chips and tiramisu. The food is great and taste well. Overall, it is a recommended hotel to stay.

What a great place to stay. The hotel is located nearby malls and street food location. When we arrived the welcoming was super. The professionalism of the employees behind the desk was suburb . The next contact we made was with Erwin, we were exploring the hotel and when he saw us he gives us a good impression what the hotel us could bring, sending us to the roof top bar to see the city. The next employee Deman, He is the bartender at the pool. Super friendly and helpful. He arranged our drinks and food and always with a smile. (Thanks for the green morning drinks) Thanks Demon and Erwin for your help. Last but not least I want to thank the Iswan. Every morning we met him with a big smile at the breakfast. He provided us with information about the city. So we could make a program for the day. Great support and many thanks for your help and sandwich and drink when we left by car. For all who will read this, when you visit Bandung please book you room in this hotel. I have been in so many hotels in whole Indonesia but this hotel is in my top three. Terima kasih banyak and till next year.

Amazing hotel lobby architecture and services rendered. Staff was helpful and top notch. Requested for high floor and quiet room as the venue is close to the busy roads. Breakfast spread was not bad, it could have been better. Cons is the pool was freezing cold, should have been warm. Loved our stay here as its close to Bandung Train Station, it may look walking distance but the pathways are not as promising if you have luggages. Just a tip, private hirers (grab/gojek) may overcharge, one need to be wary of such additional fees etc as we encountered few dishonesty drivers in the city.

We decided to chkin nearby Braga town last min while we still at Guest hous in Bandung . The room was superb spacious. Good for family room. Clean toilet and simplicity fresh deco. Request for cleaning housekeeping service for our 2nd day. She clean it in a fast pace and very neat. The room service and restauranct cafe was good. We enjoy our dinner and supper while listening to the live band on Thursday evening. The location was great. Nearby old town Braga and easier to move around city. Will strongly recomended 5 star service.

Hotel overall price is good, but the experience is not good Advantages: good location, opposite the hotel is the subway, two stations to Sanfang Qixiang, free subway on holidays; room facilities are newer, layout is reasonable, room water has hot spring water, hot water supply is sufficient; Disadvantages: 1️⃣ The first time I encountered a tripping and power outage on the whole floor of the hotel, it lasted more than 10 minutes. The whole floor was full of children crying and crying. 2️⃣ The air conditioning heating mode in the room is a display, and the air is cold. The front desk of the hotel did not inform and consulted that there was floor heating. The result was finally found that there was a heater, and the temperature and stalls could not be adjusted (it states that the use of high-end will trip, I suspect that the power outage is caused by someone not using high-end as required), In cold case, the heater heating time is long and the temperature can be reached is limited (low efficiency), the experience is not good; Others: 1️⃣ Holiday breakfast is very poor, there are many people, and there is nothing to eat at the staggered peak. It's actually not the first time for my family to stay here but this time we stayed for 2 nights to celebrated my mom's birthday and it was such an amazing experiences. The room, the service, the food, the staff are all wonderful. The check-in process was fast and got great explanation about the hotel's current policies and facilities. The room was great as always. For the breakfast they have lots of type of delicious food. The food in the club lounge were also fantastic (Tahu Walik, bakso, the small cheesecake pie, all the cake and pastries are a well-prepared delectable food with great presentation). Special shout out for the team in the club lounge! The crew in the club lounge are all awesome and really attentive. Got a surprise for my mom from the team and it made her day. Thank you to all of you guys (I didn't catch all their names but mas acep and friends) for creating another memorable experience. We'll be back here again on the next trip to bandung.

I came at 11 o'clock in the night, in my reservation I asked for that wifi is tight, and no smoking. I was given a room at 1, the room was quite dark and old, the wifi was absolutely a bit, alias off line. Oh yes the room is a bit scary ya1 but the location is quite strategic. Please upgrade management. Because this hotel used to have a good brand, so it has been upgraded. Dear three star class but the condition is not as bad as the Oyo/ airyroom class that maintains the comfort of the room. For the pool is cold and when it takes the restaurant in the morning, it's gonna be hard.

1. As the title said, it is affordable for travelers who want to save their money 2. The bed is spacious, enough for two people on it 3. Each pod has its Control Panel to adjust the lights and locks. It also has a music player 4. You might want to adjust your Air Conditioner carefully as it is above the table, it has no remote control for it 5. It has a kitchen, with a microwave, sink, and water heater 6. Toilet was quite small, about 70cm in width and 1m in length. It has a hot shower and they prepare you with 2 towels. Sadly, when we lived there, the water was dirty. Overall, we were satisfied with the service and the room! Cheers, F&J

We booked the superior twin room for one night only. First impression, we were welcomed by what could be considered ”aesthetic” coffee shop/eatery. The check in was no hassle, but the parking had been already packed by the time we arrived. Then the room: it's got the basic amenities covered. Granted the room wasn't that spacious and we have no access to outside view except the wall of next-door building. But the bed was comfortable enough and the shower room although it was quite cramped for a big sized person like me the shower water could be really warm and got good pressure so that was a plus. Our booking was complimented with a breakfast. It was a la carte and personally whichever you choose you couldn't go wrong. Overall it was a good stay and pretty instagrammable if that's your thing. Would I go back again? I'm not sure cause for the price they're asking I think you could get better deal somewhere closer to the city center.

We stayed in room 216, friendly receptionist, along the hallway to the dirty room, lots of dust & spooky The room is dirty, smells of cigarettes, dusty everywhere... there's a lot of trash in the cupboard, lots of empty aqua bottles and dust (how come..., this hotel is really weird...!!!) Dirty toilet, dirty closet, dust, smell..... the sofa is dirty, lots of dirty and dusty spots, the carpet is really dirty, makes the soles of the feet black like playing on the asphalt.. We were only 30 minutes in the room, immediately checked out and moved to another hotel... It's a shame the hotel is in a strategic location, at a price that's not cheap, but it's not maintained.. Very..very disappointing...

I booked 2 rooms during my recent stays in Bandung. We stayed for 4days & 3nights. My room was not in the condition that I expected. Upon entering the room, I smell smoke and later on I found out that the smoking area was actually in front of my room. Made a complaint and the receptionist was just a sweet talker. Stated that, they will remove the chairs and table at the smoking area. However, nothing was being done and I never made any complaints again. The second day after came back from sight seeing, notice that the toilet seat cover was badly broken. Not sure what happened as it was okay on the first day. I just ignored because I know that, the staffs were only a sweet talkers plus I was so tired after a long day out. I did request for a better room with window and non smoking room. But they said I must add some money as that room is a superior room. I did not want to argue and just proceed to stay at my current room. Overall, this hotel is a no go. Please avoid it and find other hotels with better services and room facilities.
