I would like to talk a little about Eline. She was very friendly and lovely with me during my time in the hotel. I will her all the best and I recommend sincerely her. Perfect hotel and experience, I will return.

The reception was very nice the people and the service was very good the hotel is very clean the room was comfortable the cleaning was excellent. The waitresses were attentive and polite. I highly recommend this hotel Kind regards Cheers Valgeir from Iceland

Hotel de ótima qualidade, sempre que venho para Balsas e região me hospedo no Hotel 10. Equipe atenciosa e pronta para resolver as necessidades. Estrutura do quarto é bem confortável e espaçoso. Muito satisfeito.

Hotel novo, muito bem localizado, com uma decoração linda nos quartos. Internet muito boa pra trabalhar. Check in e check out rápidos e recepcionistas educados. Café da manhã nota 7, pois não tem muitas variedades, mas tudo estava gostoso.

Minha estadia foi ótimo, até peguei uns cartões pra poder indicar para meus amigos, atendimento maravilhoso, cama super confortável só não descansa quem não deita, todos noites foram inesquecíveis. Os quartos são excelentes e o atendimento da Vanusa e do Manoel muito bom. Comida de boa qualidade estacionamento de fácil acesso e bem próximo de tudo que precisa bar, restaurante,farmácia e até um lava jato.Gostei muito e ate a próxima se Deus quiser.
