We came from the South Hotel and chose to stay at your hotel for the first time to visit Kariyer days. Firstly, your mature Bellboy who welcomed us in the evening was very interesting. A valuable staff for your business. I was sorry to see the doorbell of the room that was hanging out of bed at 3 p.m. in my room, and I immediately looked through the door hole, called the reception and asked for security camera recordings. I was witnessing your night staff and operations that did not return. As your guest waiting up until the morning, I share my complaint. When I want to get information about the incident during the morning checkout The lady, who had to repeat and not even stand up, was surprised by the attitude and indifference of your reception officer, who half listened to me and said 'AAA we met this situation three months ago, sometimes it's due to system automation. I understand that your staff doesn't understand my sensitivity and I asked your Security Director to call me. It's not possible to return to the cash. It's one of the most important criteria for security in the hotel accommodation as a woman. I recommend from the top locks that make the room doors half open. Unfortunately, even the double service is exploded in your other negative comments. I hope you will take my complaint into account and take the necessary actions.

İyi olan alanlar; vale ve araç hizmeti gerçekten çok iyi, çok ilgili ve düşünceliler tekrar buradan teşekkürlerimi iletiyorum. girişteki müşteri yetkililerini değerlendirecek olursak orta diyebilirim, odalar kullanışlı denebilir ve özellikle iş seyahatlerinde konakladığımızdan odalardaki çalışma alanları orta-iyi diyebilirim. kötü olan alanlar ise; otelin açılmasından çokça zaman geçmesine rağmen halen kullanılabilir çalışma odası bulunmuyor, restaurantında grup olarak çalışmak zorunda kaldığımız dönemler oldu ve olmaya da devam ediyor. Restaurantın durumu ise içler acısı, açıkçası tekrar otel rezervasyonu yapılmamasını talep edeceğiz. Dün akşam yemeğinde çorbaları abartmıyorum yarım saat bekledik ve gelmedi, personel ilgisiz, habersiz, 4-5 ayrı personele çorbayı sorduğumuzda biri bile zahmet edip geri dönüş yapmadı, yarım saat sonunda geri dönüş yapan personel de çorba siparişlerini mutfağa söylediğini iletti ve sonunda dayanamayıp otelin karşısındaki tostçuya akşam yemeği için gittik. Bu arada tostçuyu kesinlikle öneririm, gerçekten tostları çok iyi. Restauranta dönecek olursak, fiyatlar inanılmaz pahalı, kalite ise yerlerde, mecbur değilseniz (biz iş dönüşü yorgunluktan dışarıda vakit kaybetmeden oturalım diyoruz bu kadar kötü olmasına rağmen) siz yapmayın. Fiyat-kalite berbat. Selamlar..

We came from the South Hotel and chose to stay at your hotel for the first time to visit Kariyer days. Firstly, your mature Bellboy who welcomed us in the evening was very interesting. A valuable staff for your business. I was sorry to see the doorbell of the room that was hanging out of bed at 3 p.m. in my room, and I immediately looked through the door hole, called the reception and asked for security camera recordings. I was witnessing your night staff and operations that did not return. As your guest waiting up until the morning, I share my complaint. When I want to get information about the incident during the morning checkout The lady, who had to repeat and not even stand up, was surprised by the attitude and indifference of your reception officer, who half listened to me and said 'AAA we met this situation three months ago, sometimes it's due to system automation. I understand that your staff doesn't understand my sensitivity and I asked your Security Director to call me. It's not possible to return to the cash. It's one of the most important criteria for security in the hotel accommodation as a woman. I recommend from the top locks that make the room doors half open. Unfortunately, even the double service is exploded in your other negative comments. I hope you will take my complaint into account and take the necessary actions.

Restaurantın durumu ise içler acısı, açıkçası tekrar otel rezervasyonu yapılmamasını talep edeceğiz. Dün akşam yemeğinde çorbaları abartmıyorum yarım saat bekledik ve gelmedi, personel ilgisiz, habersiz, 4-5 ayrı personele çorbayı sorduğumuzda biri bile zahmet edip geri dönüş yapmadı, yarım saat sonunda geri dönüş yapan personel de çorba siparişlerini mutfağa söylediğini iletti ve sonunda dayanamayıp otelin karşısındaki tostçuya akşam yemeği için gittik. Bu arada tostçuyu kesinlikle öneririm, gerçekten tostları çok iyi. Restauranta dönecek olursak, fiyatlar inanılmaz pahalı, kalite ise yerlerde, mecbur değilseniz (biz iş dönüşü yorgunluktan dışarıda vakit kaybetmeden oturalım diyoruz bu kadar kötü olmasına rağmen) siz yapmayın.
