Pullman Bali Legian Beach

Legian Bali|0.19km from Sheppy's Bar and Restaurant
During my recent stay at the Pullman Legian in Bali, I was left disappointed by the overall experience. Despite the hotel's appealing facade and convenient location in Kuta, the room itself fell short of expectations. First and foremost, the room I stayed in, which was supposedly a pool-front location, had a persistent dampness that was immediately noticeable upon entering. This unpleasant atmosphere made it difficult to fully enjoy the space and left me feeling uncomfortable throughout my stay. Moreover, the cleanliness of the room was far from satisfactory, and it did not live up to the standards one would expect from a hotel of this caliber. In fact, the cleanliness level was more comparable to that of a two-star hotel in the Kuta area. The state of the bathroom floor was particularly disappointing, with visible damage and an overall dirty appearance. The wooden parquet flooring was scratched in multiple places, which gave the room an unappealing and poorly-maintained aesthetic. To make matters worse, even the simplest details seemed to have been overlooked. For instance, the chair in the room displayed signs of rust, which further added to the feeling of neglect. The water hose attached to the bathtub appeared to have never been cleaned, as it had a noticeable buildup of mildew and left a silky feeling on your hands when touched. Considering the brand reputation of Pullman, I expected a much higher level of cleanliness and attention to detail. Unfortunately, my experience at the Pullman Legian fell short in these aspects, making it difficult for me to recommend this hotel to others. On a positive note, the location of the hotel was undoubtedly convenient, situated in the heart of Kuta Bali. However, the disappointments encountered within the room overshadowed this advantage. In conclusion, despite the attractive facade and prime location of Pullman Legian in Bali, the lackluster room conditions and subpar cleanliness detracted significantly from the overall experience. If you value cleanliness and attention to detail in your accommodation, I would recommend exploring other options in the area before considering a stay at this hotel.

Wow wow wow This hotel is absolutely amazing! I have wanted to stay here for so long and finally got the chance for a special stay (we just got married). From the time we arrived (which was late at night) we knew we would love our stay. Yuda at check in was so welcoming and friendly - the positive stay just continued from there We had just come from a 5 star hotel in Australia and let me say, the Stones outshines the Crown in Australia anyday!!! The location is opposite the beach - right in Legian, so perfect spot. Plenty of lovely restaurants within walking distance, and you can pop just across the road to the beach bars for a drink and watch the amazing sunsets We had a plunge pool room - which was perfectly located within the hotel (room 157). We love the ground floor rooms. The room itself was nice and spacious, very clean, quite and the beds super comfy. We didn’t really use the plunge pool though as sadly the water is freezing!!! The main pool was perfect temperature and we swam in that a lot - it’s huge! There is plenty of room for everyone and getting sun most of the day, it’s not cold. They also provide big pillows in the pool - so you can float about and relax The ice cream man floats around throughout the day and brings popsicles and fruit sticks - it’s a lovely gesture. Also the HAPPY HOURS - they are awesome, from 12-6pm (buy one get one free on selected cocktails and beers) Breakfast options are next level - from Asian inspired to western and even a donut wall, there is something for everyone. You can get anything made fresh too The hotel also has a big lobby with chess and a pool table to have friendly games with people which was a great idea We can’t wait to stay again!!!

I've lost count the amount of times ive been to Bali and i have NEVER experienced a hotel that needs to be avoided like this one. 1. It's Cheap but the price also brings in the most inconsiderate guests, who yell and talk loud in the stairwells in the pool and fight at 3.30am, drunk and loud Russians and loud mouth Aussies, who can't handle their Grog. 2. The hotel amplifies every sound x 10. There is no escaping the noise no matter what room you stay in. The pool music is loud, i spoke up and asked many times to turn it down, from 7am its starts with nice bali music then from mid morning to late playing rap music with swearing was not a great option, until 9pm at night. (The hotel did change the music to Kenny G in the early evening so not sure what's worse) 3. Now to the best part the pool turned green after a week of staying here, staff told guests it was okay to swim in it and denied that there was anything wrong, total BS after 2 days of a green pool and myself giving a clear message to be passed onto the GM it finally took a few managers to admit there was a issue, when the come to look at it. It was then said it will take an additional 3 days for the pool to clear, heaps of chemicals used the smell of chlorine was strong. So during this time i was subjected to swim at the beach or go to another hotel and pay for day use, which i did. ( They do have a sister hotel in Jl Legian street half way down 15/20 min walk, but who wants to lay around listerning to construction drills, due to Reno's going on. 4. Staff allow guests to swim at all hours late into the evening, who talk loud, drink grog and don't care that many guest are trying to sleep. 5. If you want a holiday that brings a calm and a relaxing enviroment than AVOID this place you will leave feeling more stressed out due to not being able to escape the noise and inconsiderate guests. 6. FYI When you need assistance early in the morning due to drunk ******, you will find the security guard asleep in the lobby. 7. Hotel rooms dated and run down, you pay for what you get lower lever rooms smell funky and these are the rooms you want to avoid they are oldcand have bath tubs 8. Spend extra $$$ to stay in a place where you can atleast relax and feel safe especially if you are a solo female traveler.

Such a great hotel. Arrived at 5pm to a quick check in with refreshing welcome drinks and cold towels. Room was clean, very spacious with a large breezy balcony that had 2 comfy cushioned chairs and a side table. Smoking is allowed on the balcony. In the room itself there was an L-shped sofa beside the very comfortable king sized bed. A/C and fridge were cold. Shower was hot and water pressure was good. TV had lots of cable channels. No bathtub but that wasn't an issue for us. Towels were nice, big and fluffy. Housekeeping came every morning and any request we had was attended to promptly. All (i mean all!) the staff there were super nice and friendly. We were given 2 wifi passwords and each pw could be used for 2 devices. So 4 devices in all. Breakfast was good too. Not a wide spread but tasted delicious including the egg station. We could even request for cappuccino or whatever instead of the usual black coffee. Warmers with pork items were placed separately so that was a thoughtful gesture. Anyway I would definitely come back to Magani again..and again..and again :)

We found the staff extremely helpful and curtious at all times and couldn't do enough to help us. The room was extremely comfortable and all the facilities were good. The pool area was brilliant 🙏❤ The hotel is located in a great area not to fare to walk to a beautiful beach to watch the sunset or if you like shopping your only a stone's throw from the market area where you can haggle till your hearts content. If you want a great coffee you must go to KOKO at one end of the lane or Rice Paddy the other way ☕☕

The staff was very friendly and I was able to relax. The pool was deep and I enjoyed it. We had dinner at the restaurant in the hotel. Although the order was more than the two women could eat, all the dishes were delicious, especially the tom yum goong soup. It's a hotel with a look that will make you forget you're in Bali, and every part of it is so cute that I would like to come back again♪
