Seres Springs Resort & Spa, Singakerta

Location can be good if you wish to stay with no disturbing. It can be inconvenient if you wish to go central. Service-wise, I have to compare apple to apple which is my previous stay in 5 star hotel in Bali central. I stayed in Pool villa (lower). Seres, as of July 2022, resort no longer offer any shuttle bus nor activities so I feel quite lack of services too. Service quality as in 5star hotel, english level of staff and some housekeeping details can be improved. My first impression was really disappointing when I checkin because of this 3 factors 1. I have to wait 1 hrs before checkin 2pm when I arrive in 1hour. Generally many hotels in singapore and bali also allowed me to go in earlier. 2. Even after they take 1hr+ of preparation , both 2 phones in the room were not working. Then I needed go upup to tell them and then it took 30mins to fix. And no lightbulb in my standing light too. 3. Near the bed, many insects body and part of wings left over hear & there. This was really bad but next day improved which means that first day housekeeping was not done well. Cleaness & Amenities, Bedding are really dusty so I started blocked throat and coughing once I sit down which never happened to me in my 7days in bali. Overall, it can be good stay with good experience of pool villa & floating breakfast (you must try if you are in pool villa!) This hotel, its quite young as 5year old, need many improvements in terms of service & housekeeping if they need long-run. I paid Sdg$200 per night so I would say 8tar in terms of value-in-price. I will not comeback. Thank you

Our first trip to Bali and this hotel was the first stop for us to experience it. The hotel welcomed us nicely and promptly checked us in. Front office staff were the highlight at this hotel as they also acted like guest relations. Room was beautiful with a little balcony and anything you needed in the room. Our safety deposit box was faulty, but that was fixed. Shower pressure could be a little better but no real complaints with the rooms. We were super tired from travelling early in the morning and the previous night and this hotel is the perfect place to relax. On our first day, there was a staff party celebrating the 1 year anniversary of the hotel (Well done!) Which was fine, but it would have been good to be told this when we checked in as the Mayura brands itself as a relaxing place, but the loud music during those short hours made it hard to relax after our tough travels. When we spoke to front office, they then told us it would finish shortly and it did. Again, communication would be better here as having a party was OK! We ate at the hotel most lunches and every dinner as the food was delicious. The portions were a little on the small side, but the taste and value for money was great which is why we kept eating there. The bar staff were friendly and helpful. Well done chefs! Breakfast was fairly simple yet effective. Not too much choice but good enough to start the day. We took one excursion with the hotel and they drove us to the rice fields and a waterfall. Gede was a brilliant driver, safe and flexible to our needs. We really enjoyed the half day we had with him. They also offer a twice daily shuttle into town which worked well for us. Now onto the Spa...we had a couple of unfortunate needless situations here (the front office and spa apologised and rectified it for us) but they still need to be mentioned. On our first couples massage, we booked a lulur treatment and I booked a balinese massage with a footscrub. The therapist that I had was obviously not from our hitel (wasn't dressed the same) and didn't speak any English. The main therapist on the day was new and also didn't speak much English. Somehow, I didn't get the footscrub I paid for so I asked the therapist during the session and she admitted she missed it. We went to front desk and Tatek was fantastic at communicating the issue and resolving the issue for us with the therapist. 2 days later we booked for 4.30 for my wife but they thought it was 5.30. Not a huge deal but still communication breakdown. (For the record, BOTH therapists were great at massaging, but English and communication on treatments was the difficulty). Thanks to Tatek and Gede who was always a pleasure to assist us. Super stars. Overall the stay was fantastic and I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a peaceful relaxing stay. I do have some summary feedback for management. 1. Communication needs to be improved between departments. Especially between front office and Sp

After a really long and stressful boat ride from gilli T back to Bali we were greeted at this hotel with the friendliest staff and a refreshing welcome drink. We were shown our room and blown away how beautiful it was. The staff were so attentive and organised breakfast to our room the next morning which was just what we needed. The breakfast was also lovely, I had the chicken rice porridge which was tasty. The pool being right by the balcony was a massive bonus and there was a day bed to nap in in the afternoon. The bed has to be the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept on!

Probably the kindest staff, best food, most beautiful surroundings I've ever been in! Each meal was so nutritious and yummy. Every single team member smiles and gives you a lift, even though you already feel you are in heaven. Being surrounded by the rice feels with all of the amenities of a lovely resort - nothing like it!

Perfect stay! The villa is amazing! Very clean and stylish. And the staff is sooo hospitable😍 We only regretted we booked just two nights. Wanted to stay longer, but it was fully booked. Definitely want to come back! Thanks for the pleasant memories.
