While preparing for a 5-day 4-night trip to Bali, I looked for a place with a private swimming pool, found Umasapna, and looked for YouTube reviews on the blog, but I was very worried because there were no reviews that accurately conveyed it.
first. The location is about 25 minutes from the airport and usually costs about 100,000 rupiah by grab. We booked a paid vehicle from Umasapna and used it for 200,000 rupiah.
The price is expensive, but grabbing and doing that is annoying, so I made a reservation using Watcha in advance and made a reservation.
When we came to the lodging where we were staying, we were contacted through the counter and went to the lobby.
15 minutes on foot to Seminyak Beach, 5 minutes by car
I took a car when I went and walked to my accommodation when I came back.
There are two convenience stores 3 minutes away.

second. The accommodation was booked in the Royal Dong.
The length of the pool was different from Exec.
The general building is as square as a jacuzzi, so it feels like a square bathtub outdoors.
The Royal Dong we stayed in has a 9-meter swimming pool with 1 large bed inside, 1 toilet, 1 shower room, 1 bathtub, and 2 sinks.
Outside table, chair, sofa, sunbed, capsule machine (give me 4 capsules a day), water purifier, refrigerator, freezer
Porcelain tableware is also provided.
third. When I looked it up, I was very worried because the water quality in Bali was bad.
As soon as I arrived in Bali, I brought the Novotel shower filter I stayed with and used it, but it turned yellow after taking a shower.
So I was more concerned and installed the filter as soon as I arrived at Umasapna.

When I used it for 4 nights and 5 days and disassembled it again on the 5th, the filter was a bit yellow, but it was less yellow than the Novotel.
I don't think you need a filter, but it's water with lime, so I recommend using a filter if possible. It's better to brush your teeth with bottled water provided by the villa.
The pool water quality was excellent
Before going, I contacted Watcha to ask about the quality of the pool water, and the answer was that it was managed by ph level, so I replied not to worry, and the water quality was literally good.
fourth. the service was so good
I was worried because I spoke English incorrectly, but there was a Whatcha app, so it was convenient because I could use the Whatcha app to translate what I needed in the room or ask questions with the staff in charge.
When we plan to leave for cleaning, ask them to do it at that time, and if we ask them to float breakfast and eat it in their room, they do everything.
Tipping is not mandatory, but we expressed sincerity because we were satisfied with the service we received and were grateful that they were good at meeting our needs.
Lastly, when using the paid car service provided by the villa, it depends on the staff in charge of the price.
It was 200,000 rupiah from the airport Novotel to the accommodation, but when I went to the airport Novotel from the accommodation again, I asked for 250,000 rupiah, so I complained and it was 200,000 rupiah.
