Royal Samaja Villas

No problems with the villa, I’d love to come with my family and friends next time and have them across the hallway. If a group stays and we can all hang out it would be even better. C trip wouldn’t let me upgrade to breakfast, I heard it was pretty good.

Love this villa! It was hard to leave & hope we have the opportunity to come back & stay here again. We were warmly welcomed with a beautifully decorated room. The room is clean & the private pool is lovely. Great location, very close to the shopping areas. Breakfast was great & served in the villa. The staff are very friendly. The hotel was unable to accede to our request for late check-out but the receptionist on duty took the extra mile to switch on the aircon at their restaurant & let us stay there while waiting for our airport transfer. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

Great location and friendly desk staff who were attentive to our needs, especially luggage storage and breakfast selection. It is walking distance to seminyak square, where lots of cafes and shops are and the nearest beach is within 10mins of walking. Definitely a good choice to stay when in seminyak.

What can I say? 5 stars just isn’t enough!!! When reading reviews about Royal Samaja Villas, I was dubious it would be as good as people said. IT IS, and then some, and then some AGAIN!!! From the minute we arrived until the second we left, the staff went above and beyond every single day. The villas blew our minds, the cleanliness and attention to detail are second to none, amazing beds, pool clean and water temperature spot on, great restaurant, food and cocktails, location just minutes walk from everything, and then there’s the staff… Dodex, Rastu, Hunger, Honey, all the bar staff, cleaners, maintenance, management and administration all became like family throughout our 6 night stay. I know that sounds corny, but it’s absolutely true and was so sad when it was time to leave. They made our last night one of the biggest memories of our entire vacation, and we can’t thank them enough. If you’re like me and wondering what all the fuss is about, don’t look any further if you’re browsing around looking for a Villa to stay at. Stay at Royal Samaja and it will not disappoint. The staff were friendly and accomodating. The villa was modern. The pool was nice, modern, large and clean. The outdoor area was also large, with dining table and lounge. The bathroom was also large. The restaurant was cheap for food and drinks which was nice. The cocktails were always great! There could have been more wardrobe space/drawers. The restaurant was cheap for food and drinks which was nice, but I didn't find the food that good. The breakfast options weren't that great. Some more coat hangers to hang clothes. There was a door from the bathroom/toilet to the outdoor area of the villa, which didn't have a lock, because of this the main lock was on the door from the bathroom into the villa. This meant we couldn't have the air conditioning flow into the bathroom/toilet if we left for the day, so it was always very hot in there. I also disliked it because I didn't want to leave any clothes in the cupboard that was in the bathroom or in the laundry basket in the bathroom, due to the Bali humidity, I didn't want any of the clothes to go mouldy or smelly. I also didn't want to leave any items of value in the bathroom, as it could be accessed without a key.

We stayed here for 12 nights. The staff are very friendly and always helpful. The food is good and the beer is some of cheapest in the area. The pool was excellent. The room was very good and It’s located a few minutes walk from Seminyak Square shopping centre and only a maximum of a ten minute walk in all directions to lots of restaurants and bars

Hi lovers 💜 Ok, first of all I'll start by saying the villas are in a perfect location with a little shoppy across the road for water or bintang top ups. The Hotel is within walking distance to Seminyak square, Mexicola and the main *****. The breakfast is a la carte. Usual bali style foods. Nasi and mie Goreng. Cap chay ( this is delicious) croissants, chocolate and savoury, bacon, eggs fresh juices the normal stuff. The staff are as you would expect just delightful and friendly. The rooms with king sized beds are comfortable and attended to everyday. The bathroom is rather large with a few toiletries supplied Byo shampoo/conditioner and soap if you don't want to use the pumpy pumps supplied. Now, the noise factor. As the villa is right on the road you can hear nothing but motorcycles, cars and taxis tooting and zooming around from sun up to roughly 11pm. We stayed in villa 2. The villa has a nice view of the transformer and wires, Add that to the street noise you got yourself a very non relaxing holiday. Rats love to drink from the pool too. Please don't take the negatives from this post as these things can be over looked. As a fellow traveller I felt the need to warn you the street noise will do your head in. Villas 2,4,6 avoid if you can,failing that It is a beautiful place to stay. Oh and visit Warung Nias pork ribs and next door Demasta ( the markets at the end of the road) for a bang up affordable feed that's super yummy. 💫Namaste 💫
