Location near to airport, room is good, staff is friendly Probably could improve more on the breakfast quality

Right beside bali gallery mall. Good pool but because it's enclosed all around the seating area in pool is very hot and humidity Very good breakfast Will come back again Good cheap price

Highlights would be the variety of food for breakfast offered, I enjoyed the traditional drinks “jamu” and some traditional foods available. Delicious! Spa on site so its easy to get some relaxing massage after long flights or while waiting for my next flight schedule. There is a swimming pool that is not so large but enough to cool down and have a little dip. Hall ways are not with the aircond so it can be a bit hot and humid to walk from the elevator to the room and vice versa, so requesting a room closer to the elevator would be best. Within walking distance to get to the mall behind the hotel, so its easy to get some foods, shirts, shoes, groceries, hair salon, duty free items, etc.

Everything is Narrow from bath room to the balcony. Those who big size not suitable for this hotel.

Can directly access the mall from the hotel very convent hotel

The room was very clean and just enough space for two. The bed was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was enough and appreciated the breakfast to go the next day since our flight was too early. It was also great since it was next to the mall.

Very thoughtful decoration style design, beautiful and complete kitchen equipment, very convenient to walk out, there are spas and food and drink shopping mall nearby

The room was clean and good service. The hotel link to a shopping mall is convenient, 👍

Overall hotel was fine, but the toilet was with a glass door no good privacy and cleanliness due to it plus exhaust was not working.
