Cross Paasha Bali Seminyak

Seminyak Bali|0.26km from Grocer & Grind
It was my 3rd stayed at U Paasha Seminyak. I haven't moved on to any other place. But honestly, my last visit had many unpleasant moments. First, found out they had renovation at the entrance stairs, making every guest have to access the basement to arrive at their room. Of course, the view is not as good compared to passing through the main lobby area. Second, there was a miscommunication, so my booking was made for July, even though I made the reservation for June. Luckily the guy at the front desk (Michael) helped me to solve the problem. Fyi, I made the reservation through a phone call. Later on, the same guy who made me pay for somewhat his mistakes in giving me wrong information about the minibar stuff I could have. He said at the first day, I could eat and drink anything inside the minibar. But later, when I coincidentally chatted with another receptionist, she mentioned that I only deserved the beer, not all stuff. Next time, I suggest to the management of U Paasha, don't deploy inexperienced personnel before they understand hotel information. The last thing I wanted to say was I was also disappointed with their laundry package. Fyi, it's pretty interesting to have a laundry package promotion, but please also inform clearly before to all guests that you have a time limit for the collection. I didn't know this rule until I dropped my laundry; they said I had to pay double the price if I wanted my laundry on the same day. I need it done on the same day because I have to leave the hotel the next day early morning. These multiple unpleasant moments pissed me off. I still love this hotel because it leaves so many memories in me, but please improve the feedback for your good. Besides what I said above, you must improve the electrical power outlet location, which is still under the table. Also, please increase the stability quality of the wifi connection. The bed I used was also uncomfortable due to its age; not flat as it should be, but a bit concave-down. Thanks, U Paasha, you made unforgettable moments this time for me.

Seminyak Bali|0.11km from Grocer & Grind
Hi lovers 💜 Ok, first of all I'll start by saying the villas are in a perfect location with a little shoppy across the road for water or bintang top ups. The Hotel is within walking distance to Seminyak square, Mexicola and the main *****. The breakfast is a la carte. Usual bali style foods. Nasi and mie Goreng. Cap chay ( this is delicious) croissants, chocolate and savoury, bacon, eggs fresh juices the normal stuff. The staff are as you would expect just delightful and friendly. The rooms with king sized beds are comfortable and attended to everyday. The bathroom is rather large with a few toiletries supplied Byo shampoo/conditioner and soap if you don't want to use the pumpy pumps supplied. Now, the noise factor. As the villa is right on the road you can hear nothing but motorcycles, cars and taxis tooting and zooming around from sun up to roughly 11pm. We stayed in villa 2. The villa has a nice view of the transformer and wires, Add that to the street noise you got yourself a very non relaxing holiday. Rats love to drink from the pool too. Please don't take the negatives from this post as these things can be over looked. As a fellow traveller I felt the need to warn you the street noise will do your head in. Villas 2,4,6 avoid if you can, failing that It is a beautiful place to stay. Oh and visit Warung Nias pork ribs and next door Demasta ( the markets at the end of the road) for a bang up affordable feed that's super yummy. 💫Namaste 💫

Located in a shopping hot place and also close to Seminyak beach. The staff was also friendly atmosphere jeonggyeopda proceeds from restaurant operations throughout the room. In the currency exchange believe that the entrance to the hotel first layer that is also convenient.

We booked in last minute and they were absolutely accommodating. The place is well taken care of, but the pool area isn’t too appealing. The breakfast is awesome, enough choices and wonderful freshly squeezed juice to go with breakfast on the roof top. My suggestion would be a bar area on the roof or comfortable seating for people who want to hangout there. If they had the pool up there, the place would be a hit! The service staff from front desk all the way to the breakfast area is made up of wonderful people! We will definitely return to this hotel. It’s a great find!
Mutiara Bali Boutique Resort & Villa

Stayed at the Mutiara for five nights of which four were in the villas and one in the room. What makes the hotel a very pleasant experience is the staff. Whether it was Ibu Andah or Pak Elta or the Big Boss Pak Suarte at the front office reception. Always responding within a minute to all the requests sent on the individual Whatsapp chat in a minute. Always having a CAN DO and not a cannot approach 👍👍 The restaurant staff led by Ibu Sri and Pak Suchita always had a smile even when on alternate days, I saw them doing the breakfast service single-handedly. Maybe the hotel needs to give them more support The breakfast menu options were extensive and there was something there for everyone. Food was Good !! Pak Agus and Pak Yoga were all rounders . Great stay as the location is 5 minutes to 10 minutes to the all the restaurants and bars which one needs to visit in Seminyak and the beach just a 15 minute walk away MINOR IMPROVEMENTS 1. do not charge and that too 60 US cents for ice buckets . leaves a bad impression and achieves nothing 2. tabasco as well as salted butter at breakfast 3. make sure the sourdough supplies do not run out ALL IN ALL A BIG THUMBS UP AND WILL STAY AGAIN

I really enjoyed my stay at this villa. The villa is very beautiful. We lived with friends, we all liked it. Near the shopping center and an excellent cafe, right behind the fence of the villa. Beach 5 min. I recommend. The location is super. There is no breakfast. The manager is always available.

Up and down two floors, one floor is a transparent hall (in addition to TV and audio), open kitchen, restaurant, and most importantly there is a private pool, although not large, all 1.5 meters deep, several people can swim Something, and there are two lounge chairs next to the pool. The second floor is two rooms, each of which can be locked, both connected and independent. The equipment in the room is a bit old, especially the bathroom. The place to be addicted is that there is a waiter who is on the door to make breakfast. The day before, you can order what breakfast, what time to eat, the next day the waiter will go to the scene to do. Although they are all set menus, it is a good experience to have breakfast in their own room without leaving home.
