Kuta Bali|0.51km from Boardwalk Restaurant Bali
Amazing hotel 1 the best in Kuta when it comes to the location, standards and keeping the resort clean and in perfect condition. Rare in Bali! the rooms are extremely comfortable, with full amenities and extremely well maintained. Beautiful Balinese style with high end products, similar standards with any international Hotels. Amazing pool size middle of a beautiful landscape, just hard to believe you are at the heart of Kuta. Breakfast is one of the best around Kuta too. So much choice to accommodate large nationalities, from Balinese, Indian, asia, continental, international etc… The staff is just amazing, extremely friendly and efficient. Nothing is perfect in life and things can happened! just address it to the front office and in the next 5 minutes someone will fix your issues, including technical issues you could have in your room. Ayu at the front office is a gem! what an asset to the Ramayana. She is so efficient and professional. Same with Endra at the Gabbah restaurant - what an amazing waiter! kindness and so professional with perfect English skills…. just another amazing asset to the Ramayana. The Resort manager is new and what a difference since he joined the Ramayana - he is everywhere, extremely friendly and really manage the property extremely well. My only negative comment will be the pool water temperature - too cold , the water should be heated same as any 5 starts hotel . Many guests were saying the same things…. pool water temperature should be warmer. Nevertheless it is my favorite hotel in Kuta 15 minutes away from the Airport in front of Kuta Beach….

The location is very near the airport. I stayed only 1 night. Since my flight was very early, the hotel provided breakfast boxes for me. A lot of activities inside hotel and be able to walk to the beach in 5 minutes. Hope to stay in this hotel again.

Room were large and airy, great balcony. Breakfast was good but should include the the rice porridge station typical in Indonesia, Hotel used to have this on previous stays. Internet was okay. Pool bar was very understaffed so did not get really prompt service, this should be improved.

We aren’t fussy people by any means and always take reviews with a pinch of salt, but this has to be done. We need to mention: Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good food Good location Bad points: Ant infestation in room and bathroom. Bathroom very untidy, in need of modernising. we were lucky enough to have a beach view room but the windows were stained glass so couldn’t see it, they’ve missed something there. Door to our room didn’t close properly, you could probably open it if you pushed hard enough. Room very old and dated and unclean, my boyfriend has stayed places in kuta for around £2 a night before and said this was on par and the bathroom was worse than some he has stayed in. If you want a budget place and aren’t fussy, you can definitely find somewhere cheaper worth the money more. If you’re looking for somewhere that is slightly better than ‘bad’, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. This place either needs: to be knocked down and completely started over or completely revamped. So many rooms and so much space and potential. Sorry.

The location of the hotel is super! Beach is a 5 min walk. Lots of great restaurants, shops, malls nearby. Staff are so lovely, they helped me with everything! The hospitality was excellent. While I waited for my room, they provided me with some juice and macaroons. Terima kasih! The design of the room's interior is nice! I extended my stay several times and lived in different rooms. *********** made a room upgrade for me, thanks a lot! I stayed in the ”Love Nest” room which was spacious and clean! Also I stayed in the ”THE VINTAGE GROOVE”, ”HOMELAND” and ”BACHELOR’S PAD” rooms which were great! They change the bedsheets every day and deliver handmade chocolates each night which is a really cute touch. Several times I ordered food from their restaurant to my room, it was so delicious and even cheaper than outside! Breakfast was also tasty and substantial! I loved having meals or drinks in the comfortable dining area listening to great music, thanks a lot for broadcasting Mark Knopfler' concerts) I must confess I loved the liquid soap in the bathroom so much, it smelled fantastic!!! The pool is small but it was enough for me. I definitely recommend this hotel! (-) No refrigerator. Ants AC is noisy. The noise coming from outside if you stay in ”Love” room. ”BACHELOR’S PAD” is more suitable for men because there is only one small mirror in the room )

I have a lot of heat in my body. The air conditioner is like a fan. Australians smoking cigarettes in the swimming pool Where does cigarette ash go? The people working at the hotel didn't say anything. I'm really disappointed. I really don't understand how you can go into the swimming pool and smoke. Is it a drink? It looks like the group drank all the alcohol, wiped it off with pool water, and smoked. When I saw that, it came out right away.
