Bed sheets had bad stains. Asked front desk to change them. Took a long time due to staffing shortages. Breakfast was average. Tiny hot tub. Kids overran the pool for hours. Doubtful we would stay here again.

We had a nice stay. The breakfast was minimal, but good, staff were so helpful and pleasant and we used the pool several times. The property is more dated than the images show, but a good value overall.

The toilet in the bedroom room alway ran you had to baby set the toilet, our it would overflow on to the floor. The last night we had water coming out from the bathroom in to the area of where the microwave an refrigerator was. I asked on the lastnight if I wanted to change rooms. I did say no because we didn't want to have to move dads oxegen equipment.

The room was clean and spacious and the staff was friendly and helpful. Decor could use an update. No bedside table on one side of the bed. The breakfast was mediocre at best, but the breakfast lady was super friendly.

We stayed for a trip to SOU. The location was not too far from the campus. Either a 10-15 min walk or 3-5min driving. Our room was clean and a decent size. The beds were firm and comfortable. We did think the bathroom fan was broken but turns out it’s just that quiet. We didn’t stay mountain side so we did have the sound of the street however it wasn’t that bad. The pool was good size and the kids enjoyed it. The breakfast had a good selection and there was room to serve yourself. The staff was friendly and incredibly helpful when leaving Ashland trying to beat the weather. Kyra was so patient while I figured out if we would book another night. One over night trip turned into two and almost 3 nights because of winter and getting over passes and through snow/ice storms.
