Everything Was great! The Staff, breakfast, room, view from balcony on the 3rd floor Was also very nice! Very close to the old center of Ascona, bus stop, supermarket Coop. We were very satisfied of our stay :)

Normally I have stayed directly On-The-Go promenade but spontaneous try-super! More quiet and near to everything for those who can walk 5 minutes. We didn’t need parking but we’re pleased to know places are available. Will come back. Next time will possibly try the restaurant-we are so soiled by the choices and didn’t give I t a go this time though. Thanks

Clean and friendly, Hotel Polo is only a 5 minute walk to the waterfront promenade. A Coop grocery store is even closer. Extra bonus - mini-fridge contents are complementary! The front staff speak English and are very helpful, too.

The staff is amazing. Friendly, aware and professional. Very flexible. Great rooms, lovely and easy going atmosphere. The location ist perfect. Great breakfast. It's my favourite place when i stay in Ascona!

Very friendly helpful staff. Clean comfortable room with lovely en suite bathroom, great shower !! The location was ideal. I can recomend to anyone staying in Ascona, especially if you are attending a concert at the Jazz Cat Theater, as I was, it is only a five minute walk from the hotel

Several stays so far. Open all year round. Each stay we had very nice rooms in various categories. Penthouse rooms with large terrace and pretty view. Not noisy despite located at main road. All rooms appear to have aircondition. Lovely breakfast. Very efficient check-in/check-out.

The rooms are confortable, clean. Hotel well located, good breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant « La Taverna » Next to the hôtel is excellent, well priced and staff very friendly. Also highly recommended. Onsite parking At additional price

Wonderful room, great location very close to the lakeside,
balcony with view to the city and mountains, where one can relax and have some food.

Very friendly staff. Lovely reception area and clean remodeled room. We could even bring our dog. Great location, easy to walk everywhere. Can recommend highly. Enjoyed our stay very much and would come back.
