Makai Resort All Inclusive Convention Aracaju

Makai has a very good structure, with very well-maintained and clean spaces. The highlight of this place is the service, as it has very attentive and helpful staff. However, in my opinion, there is one item that needs special attention, which is the quality of these foods, because despite being included in a huge variety of dishes for both breakfast, lunch and dinner, it lacks a little in terms of flavor. It would be very interesting if the resort improved this issue. I say this because I'm a little picky when it comes to flavor. Another suggestion would be to include at least one gluten-free cake and bread for those who have an intolerance. Although the resort has a good variety of items for those who do not consume gluten, such as corn couscous, tamale, tapioca couscous with coconut, green corn hominy, omelet and tapioca in different flavors.

I noticed the team was very well prepared and they were very attentive and polite. It exceeded my expectations regarding the service. I lacked nothing.

The hotel has a good structure and is very beautiful, but needs better maintenance of the facilities. The staff are friendly, helpful and polite. Meals well prepared, plentiful and in accordance with the local culture. Entertainment is guaranteed, especially for children. Overall, the experience was very pleasant.

Resort with the feel of a maximum 3-star hotel. The only good thing is the service of the staff who work there, very receptive and hospitable staff. Bad food, little diversity. The potatoes they serve at the pool are wilted, there is no variety on the menu. On Good Friday, there was neither potato nor cassava as a snack, there was a shrimp with head, meat and chicken. For those who wanted to save the day and not eat meat, there was no option. Only one surubim appeared in the fish, surubim in all forms. At breakfast there is no savory bread option. Everything is quite reasonable for a 3-star hotel, it's never a resort. We stayed in a bungalow, it was ok, no luxury at all but at least the air conditioning worked well and the beds were good.

I found very little variety of food and what was available wasn't even that tasty. I was very disappointed, a very bad all inclusive.

Pela segunda vez, passamos a virada do ano no Makai, bom custo benefício e uma equipe de funcionários bastante solícitos, fizeram nossa estadia muito agradável, o único pecado do Hotel está no fraco paisagismo, aconselho plantarem uns 4 jambeiros na área gramada entre a piscina e o salao de jogos, pois à partir das 14 horas ficamos a procurar uma sombra, pois em baixo das tendas armadas em volta da piscina, é insuficiente.

Hotel incrível! Ótimas comidas e bebidas, funcionários gentis, ótima limpeza, muitas opções de diversão para toda a família! Muito perto da praia!

Hotel com área de lazer e comodidades de grande porte, mas que necessita de manutenção, principalmente nos quartos. No estilo All Inclusive alguns alimentos e bebidas pecam pela falta de qualidade. Funcionários super solícitos e simpáticos. Localizado em Barra dos Coqueiros em frente a Aracaju com acesso pela ponte. Em frente ao mar é agradável e tem uma excelente equipe de animação para crianças, equipe Baleia.
