Very bad service. We tried to arrange a safari prior to our arrival as we travel with two small kids and wanted to go on a safari the first afternoon; when we arrived it appeared impossible and they denied that we had informed them about that, even after showing them the exact conservation on booking. They did not try to come to a solution and we have never been treated so rude! Worst experience ever and were forced to go to another hotel with our two small kids (and a pregnant women) without any help. At the same time there arrived another lady who had booked here room 3 months ago and apparently there was no room for here available. Luckily she could have our room in the end.

Such a wonderful stay in a serene location. My husband and I stayed here together with a friend while visiting anuradhapura.. Upali and his team have a lovely place here with a peaceful vibe. The service was above par and the food was extremely delicious! Special mention to Prasanna who served us with warmth and care. Thank you for a home away from home and we look forward to coming back soon.

Serene garden with fireflies. What a treat. The owners are are adding a few rooms. The existing rooms are simple and not to big, but it does the trick. More important is the atmosphere. Calm and you can see that they take good care of the garden and environment. Food was excellent and so was the staff.

Amazing! Hotel was clean, food was gorgeous, rooms were spacious and well equipped with great air conditioning. Best thing - the staff. Nothing was too much trouble and the entire team were polite and accommodating. Our group of 12 were very well looked after - we couldn’t ask for more.

Tranquil place, exactly what you need after sightseeing. Staff very helpful and can arrange all transport for you. Rooms very adequate size, simple and clean. the ground floor rooms have patio and 2 nice chairs. The swimming pool is nice. We liked the breakfast. It’s located 5km from ancient city and 7km from Minathale in quiet area, we really liked the fact that it was in the outskirt and quiet. Bike rental available, but the bikes could be in a bit better conditions. Hotel offers dinner with limited menu (which is understandable as it is small hotel).

5/5 Quiet place off the main road that has amazing high quality Sri Lankan food and a great pool. Staff are very attentive and meet every need of those staying at the hotel if they possibly can! Couldn’t recommend this place more for couples, families or friends. We were a big group that stayed and had no complaints about noise despite many Liverpudlians staying up past 5am

We did have exceptional stay in this place. Owner is great person able to help you with arranging sightseeing, transport to your next destination. The place is also great. Rooms with nice bathroom, A/C and fan. Rooms are decent size and clean. Swimming pool is also great. Enough choice of food and great curry. The guy supporting owner is great fun and very helpful. He make the picture complete.

Nice garden, clean pool. Food above average in price, below average in taste/quality. Showers unfortunately only lukewarm to cold possible. Staff very friendly but management... unreliable to dubious.
