Gloria Serenity Resort

We have always stayed at The Gloria Golf Resort but due to its renovation we tried the Serenity. It has been superb and the service of all the staff has been top class. In particular the team on Guest Reception have assisted with our every need. Nazgûl went the extra mile to help us and Aladin over from the Golf Hotel as always made us very welcome. We will certainly have a hard choice when we come back next time and with the rooms as good as they are at the Serenity it may well be here that we return to

Great stuff and service, wonderful landscape… Stayed in pool villa and it was above our expectations. Alacart “Kül” is one of the best Turkish Kebap restaurants I have ever been. Besides Route 66 breakfast and lunch was bringing high quality with outstanding service… No need to think twice when you are about to select Gloria Serenity to stay…

Sayelerinde ziyaretimiz müthiş bir tecrübeye dönüştü. İsmini hatırlayamadığım tüm otel çalışan ekibe ve housekeeping ekibine ve Fun Club oyun ablalarına bizleri evimizde hissettirecek kadar rahat ettirdikleri için misafirperverlik anlayışlarından dolayı teşekkür ederim. Otelin sahiplerine sonsuz teşekkür. Her türlü ricamız geri çevirilmeden ivedilikle yapıldı. Temiz, kaliteli ve enfes bir aile tatili oldu. Tek önerim Pool veya Garden Villalarda bulunan Üst kat odanın kapılarını içeri açılması yerine acaba dışarı açmak daha uygun olabilir mi diye düşündüm. Aksi halde oda kapısını banyonun kapısının önünü kapatıyordu. Bunun haricinde hiç bir kusur göremedim doğrusu:) Spa'yı kendim kullanmadım ancak aile üyelerimiz çok olumlu deneyimlemişler.

Our recent stay at the Gloria Serenity Resort was truly unforgettable, largely due to the exceptional service and amenities provided by the staff. Food & Beverage: Food & beverage has curated an excellent menu. The quality and variety of food and beverages are exceptional, making each meal a delightful experience. Even the ice cream stood out, surpassing what I had in Rome and Venice! Pool Bar: At the warm pool, barmen Erdal and Ugur were not only skilled but also radiated positive energy that was contagious. Their cocktails and cheerful conversations were the highlights of our poolside lounging. Housekeeping & Lifeguard: In housekeeping, Sevim was remarkable, consistently keeping our room pristine and comfortable, thus making our life easier. The lifeguard displayed outstanding energy and vigilance, ensuring a safe environment around the pool. Service: The service was impeccable. Waiters Cuma, Alper, and Ozkan were incredibly kind and attentive, always eager to fulfill our needs swiftly. Their dedication to service greatly enhanced our dining experiences. Mini-Club: The mini-club staff, especially Melek, were fantastic. Their enthusiasm and care for children made the mini-club a wonderful part of our family’s stay. Entertainment: The entertainment was spectacular. The magic shows by Kivanc & Burak were surreal, truly adding a touch of wonder to our evenings. Additionally, the concert by Berkay was a fantastic live performance that captivated everyone present. Every aspect of our holiday was enhanced by these dedicated individuals. We left with great memories and look forward to returning to experience it all over again. Thank you to all the staff for making our holiday exceptional!

I had very good time in the Gloria serenity the food was amazing and very good entertainment throughout the week that I stayed staff are all amazing especially ILayda (ambassador) she’s been absolutely wonderful always smiling and very bubbly and enthusiastic to be around especially her aqua classes but overall amazing person and an amazing week away

Wonderful hotel with friendly employees from front desk to cleaning staff. Clean rooms. Many restaurants that tickled our fancy. Fun bar area too. Great place to stay when golfing. Can't wait to go back to swim in the sea and take advantage of the beach area. I highly recommend this hotel complex.

I can only recommend the Gloria Serenity Resort. It is a very nice resort with lots of things to do. The food is also very good. But I particularly like the hospitality. The staff are very accommodating and have a personal assistant who is there for you all day. In my case it was Erol, who was really very helpful. Overall, it was a very nice stay.

If you want a world class service - don’t look further than Gloria Serenity. From the first second we got here till the last we felt completely spoilt. I wouldn’t be able to fault a single aspect of our stay even if i wanted to. Our room (villa) was one of the best I’ve seen. Amazing modern design but not over the top, comfortable beds, fluffy towels, great layout, and very lovely extras. Our villa came with a personal butler, which was nothing I have ever come across before and now I want to take Ethem home with us :))) He made our stay extra EXTRA special - from favourite fruit delivered to our room every night (and cakes :)) to making sure we were never lost and knew where we were going. He also made sure that the service in other areas of the hotel was maintained at the highest possible level! The hotel staff was very polite and attentive too. The food in the hotel was absolutely delicious (we tried several restaurants) and breakfast was fantastic - with so many choices. I would definitely come here again. Great holiday!

The staff, ambience, golf courses and whole Gloria experience are second to none. Our holiday was wonderful from start to finish. We will return once more to add to our many previous visits. The refurbishment of the Serenity is outstandingly beautiful.
