Nice hotel location

Exceptional friendly staff, clean rooms, very comfortable beds, nice breakfast (clean and the staff kept everything clean and filled), pool and hot tub relaxing. Highly recommend! Better than more expensive places we have stayed! Great job!!!!

The staff were helpful. Beds were comfortable. Wear and tear showing in the bathroom. It is very near the freeway however the noise was NOT an issue for us and our room was on that side of the hotel. My only slight disappoin**ent was breakfast, it was sufficient but not a lot of options. Juice options minimal, no yogurt which we always have seen in hotels. They do serve eggs, sausage, cereal, waffles. Convenient to ART bus stops. Be sure and purchase a pass ahead of time. To save you research --at this time ( 2/24) the bus route you want is 08 Hotel Circle line. You board immediately in front of 7-Eleven, there are bus stops on almost every corner at Katella & Anaheim so it can be confusing. We also walked twice going to Disneyland ( the bus can be full -especially if you don't go early) and we didn't want to wait. The ride back to the hotel was great after a long day of walking.

Great for Disneyland. Only issue i had was the window sounds like it was open (but it wasn't) lots of noise from the streets. Heating unit was also very loud.

Staff is super helpful and offered some very useful tips for our Disneyland trip. They were also super friendly. Great breakfast selection as well.

The only reason l didn't give 5 stars on property condition is it's older.The cleanliness and excellent staff makes up for that. Would definitely stay again for the price and quality of service.

Stayed here for a week while visiting Disneyland. Rooms were clean, walking distance to the park if desired, close distance toy store shuttle. Breakfast included which was sufficient, but lacked variety.

It was a very nice Hotel. It was very clean with good service. The breakfast was ready when they said it would be and it was a very easy self service.

PROS: Bed was very comfortable, room was nice, front desk staff friendly and helpful, the breakfast was WAY more than coffee and a muffin. We used the ART system (great app), shuttles to and from Disneyland daily, and even used their new EVE John Wayne Airport (SNA) pickup service (at 10:30 pm) for half the cost of UBER. CONS: We didn't understand that room cleaning had to be requested before 10 am, so the trash filled up and the supplies dwindled before I figured that out. TO BE CLEAR I'm very supportive of this approach as it avoids the wasteful laundering of many items, improves security and reduces the cost of my room. It just needed to be communicated better. If you are bothered by the odd hair in the bathtub (I'm not) then you might want to book elsewhere. There is no hotel shuttle to Disneyland and it is a pretty long walk, especially at the end of a long day. However the ART stop is only a block away. The neighborhood is a bit dingy, with homeless folks sleeping on the street, but we were never approached for handouts and never felt unsafe. BOTTOM LINE: we would stay here again if we got a good rate (like we did), but would only make it a qualified recommendation to friends and family.
