Quality Inn West Medical Center

Well, it depends on where you are going. The location is kinda weird for traveller's.

Girl at front desk was extremely nice and helpful. I did not realize it was motel style. Atleast the room I got was. Also there were people right outside my door drunk arguing at 2am for an hour. Then around 4 am someone shot a gun ab 7x and sped off. Right outside my room. I couldn’t sleep after that. I had my baby with me. I understand things like this don’t happen everyday. I know you can’t predict or control what others do. I just know I won’t stay here again.

The gentleman working at the front desk at night was outstanding. I came in from a long drive drive freezing and he already had me ready to go. Less than 5 minutes, I was in my room warming up watching football. Because of his professionalism, I will gladly stay at this Quality Inn. The morning staff and from desk were absolute professionals as a well. Quickly pointed me into the right direction for some hot coffee and I was out. Don't mind the appearance of the outside though, they can't help with all the construction going on around them. 4 out of 5 for sure. Would have been perfect if the blanket on the bed wasn't as thin as a sheet.

This hotel is very comfortable and clean, also very convenient to the VA Hospital and other medical centers, as well as access to essential shopping. During our stay a family member needed extra attention due to a health problem. We are grateful to the excellent and caring staff who assisted in every way possible. We highly recommend the Quality Inn West Medical Center.

The staff is amazing and welcoming. The room was very dirty. One of the beds had dirty sheets, trash on the floor, restroom had hair on the floor, bathtub was stained almost black with dirt and grime, trash was not taken out so there were gnats in the room and the sink was still dirty from the last guests. We weren't upset, more just laughed it off. The bed was comfy and pillows were too

Couldn't find our reservation even though I paid 4 months in advance so we ended up having to pay again more than 3 times the amount our room is so dirty it had stains on the bed and the floor the door in the bathroom is falling apart as well i don't think i will ever come back to this hotel

No sauna hot tub the water didn't stay hot , holes in walls , no coffee pot missing light bulbs, refused towels and didn't unstop toilets for us, evan

Last minute stay as part of lengthy road trip. Property was decent, no significant negative things to say. Front desk was kind and responsive. I'd say it was a reasonable value.

We booked this hotel for Brand and convenient location to the highway. During our trip, we attempted to reach the hotel 6 times to alert them of our extremely late arrival. All calls rang multiple times and went unanswered. After traveling for 9 hours, we arrived tired and sleepy. The front desk clerk was indifferent to our arrival, no greeting was offered and wrong directions to the room were given. Upon arrival to the room, we found some good points: 1. No bugs. 2. Clean sheets. 3. Shower & toilet were clean. 4. Morning coffee was good. 5. Microwave worked & was clean. We found some things that needed attention: 1. Carpet was filthy with many stains and where the refrigerator was had not been cleaned or vacuumed. 2. Water stains on ceiling. 3. Top bed covering (can't call it a blanket) had green paint stains. 4. The room had NO toilet paper! So, tissue box was put to use. 5. At "4am" by clock on night stand, the picture hanging on the wall next to bed hit the floor waking all 3 of us. After 4.5 hours of sleep, we decided to get up & start our day. But we checked our phones & noticed the time was actually 3am, clock was ahead 1 hour. The morning front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. We will not be staying at the Quality Inn again because Quality should not be the name. Corporate needs to look into this location.
