I was in the allentown area for the weekend and found this hotel to be in a convenient location. Staff that helped me check in were lovely and my checkout process was easy. I loved the included breakfast though i wish they had more options. The room was comfortable and the price was overall decent.

My stay with fine at Holiday Inn express. Our room was comfortable. The only problem was, the shower pressure was very low and there was no hot water. Only lukewarm water, even after some time. That was really not pleasant. But the service was great besides that problem.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The service was top notch and breakfast was excellent. My only complaint is that the walls are on the thin side, so sometimes you can hear the neighbors.

I just have a few suggestions. we would have liked it if our room refrigerator had 4 free bottles of water and possibly a few snacks. Was starved when finally got to hotel.
Staff allowed us an early check in, which was great!
Both front desk employees were excellent people. Very kind and very polite. Were very helpful

There was Cobweb in the upper corner of the walls by the bed in our room. The rest of the room looked clean, the bed creaked and the mattress was worn and uncomfortable. When I went to shower I found a large spider in the bathroom by the hooks where I had put my clothes. Also there was a cigarette smell in the room. The breakfast buffet was very good.

Nice room. Great, friendly staff. Would def stay again. We were just passing through would have been nice to spend more time! Pleasantly surprised by the free hot breakfast!
