I booked a triple room (2 adults and on Kid of 11). I got the confirmation also, but on checkin I was told this was not right and I only had booked a double room. Afte a small discussion I got a room with 3 single Beds as bookes "our very last one"!! Very strange

Im always coming to this hotel, either for business or leisure. Its a bit far from downtown but plenty of space to park and god restaurants nearby. Rooftop pool just amazing like its views.

The service at the front desk was very poor. Check-in was very slow and after giving him my ID, he actually forgot to return it.😡. He asked me for my email address to register as their NH member without informing me. It was really inexplicable! Is this the task NH Hotel gives to every front desk? The hygiene of the room is not good, there is a lot of dust on the countertop, and the refrigerator in the room automatically starts up every 2-3 hours and makes a lot of noise. If you have certain requirements for hygiene and noise, it is not recommended to stay in this hotel.

Hotel prices in Alicante have increased a lot, and NH is already a relatively convenient hotel in the city. The service is OK, but the room facilities are a bit old. I was given a room near the island, and the noise is still a bit loud. If you use it as a transit accommodation, it is quite good. The supermarket nearby is also open on Sundays, and you can also order Chinese takeout nearby with Uber.

I have only rated this as 3 star, as there is nothing really wrong with the hotel, but nothing amazing either, so 3 stars for average. The main thing to point out is that it’s a 35 - 40 minute walk to the centre of town for all of the best bars and restaurants. We would generally walk into town on a morning, but they get a taxi back, or on an evening just get a taxi both ways. It’s only around €10 into town, so no major drama. Worth considering if you are staying more than a couple of days or on a budget though. Our room was a tad gloomy is the best way to describe it, but clean and no issue with the facilities in the room. With it being January I don’t think we had the opportunity to use some of the hotels best features like the rooftop bar and pool or the terrace for breakfast. These looked really nice though, so probably great in the summer.

This was our first visit to Alicante. Booked through easyjet holidays as a 'package holiday'. Please note that this is a lovely city hotel for business stays but not a holiday resort. The rooftop pool was open (seasonal) and the little gym, jacuzzi, steam room facilties were a nice touch. We thought we would make more use of the pool as the nearest beach was a 30 min walk away however it was small and most sunbeds were in the shade and it didnt open until 11am. This hotel doesnt seem to have restuarants nearby either and its typically spanish, you dont get food between 330pm and 830pm due to siesta. So again, forced to walk 20-30 mins to city centre. Thankfully theres a good Spar next door. There was no complimentary water or tea/coffee in the room, only a mini bar. I noticed drinking water in the gym and also at reception. Sadly I woulnt stay here again due to location but hotel itself is nice and clean and the breakfast is good. There seems to be some work going on next to the pool so if the patio is being extended it will be better for sun worshippers like me

Really great experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated in a great area. It also has nice facilities including a small gym, sauna & spa. Happy to say we will be coming back.
