真的是差的不能再差了，作為旅遊城市阿爾山一線酒店，冬季阿爾山最貴的酒店之一，你不能讓賓客有賓至如歸的感受，最起碼你把衞生做好了吧，那床單你們換過麼？電視是雪花電視？牆上是你們故意弄上去的裝飾品？真不知道酒店經營者怎麼想的，弄着這一幫敷衍了事的人在這裏

設備設施真的很爛，衣櫃爛了個窟窿也沒人處理，毛巾也是爛的，馬桶沖完水半個小時馬桶還咕咕響，窗簾還不遮光，七百多的房價連瓶礦泉水都沒有，衞生間的水還流得不順暢，浴室全是水垢，太爛太不值了
