阿爾山的景色是真的美，酒店也算是阿爾山比較貴的了，800多一晚是真的真的不值，酒店外觀不錯，房間裏設施很舊也能理解 畢竟是開業比較早，但是床單被罩枕套都很舊很臟，軟件也是上不去，估計酒店想來的都是遊客，都是一鎚子買賣。吃早餐想給孩子要一雙一次性筷子好幾個服務員異口同聲説沒有，這服務也是絕了！！！簡單的拍了一張枕頭，其它地方懶得拍了，第二天本來也定的阿爾山，想想這個條件，果斷選擇連夜開車去呼蘭浩特住了。

11年前來阿爾山入住了剛剛開業的御榮 體驗感很好 這次來阿爾山 毫不猶豫選擇了御榮 可是它就還是11年前的樣子 沒有變化 辦理入住 房卡很老舊 還是紙質版的餐票 進了房間 骯臟的地毯 漏水的馬桶 洗澡亂漸水花的淋浴 枕頭底下的頭髮 與客人同用電梯的布草車……
前台服務小哥還不錯 有問題及時反饋並解決 餐廳門口收餐票的楊經理也很好 看到我們帶着孩子 贈送了早餐 還提供了一些幫助 非常感謝 但是早餐時餐廳拿着對講機巡餐黑衣女性服務人員的態度 就……炸雞柳就剩一點碎渣兒了 我問她還會不會再上 她輕蔑的語氣説“那不是還有一點嘛 你都拿走 我就換新菜了”所以差評是給她的 她一個人把酒店所有工作人員的好服務全給滅了
酒店裡有個小公園 環境很好 可以去看看

忘記拍酒店的照片了，入住時幫我們升級了房間，很貼心。阿爾山是個旅遊城市，規模比較大的酒店有很多家，御榮國際大酒店，有個高檔酒店應有的樣子，酒店裝修大氣，房間比較大，温度適宜，房間設施齊備，衞生乾淨，早餐品種較多，味道也可以，是旅遊休閑度假的好的選擇。

國慶假期來和朋友來，定了4間房，房費不便宜，帶孩子入住，枕頭不夠，放在床上的枕頭還算乾淨，但衹有2個，多餘的枕頭在櫃子裏，沒有洗過，臟的很。服務差極了，水不夠問酒店要，要收費，一瓶5塊，再不會來了！
