In my opinion, these ratings are formed mainly from the experiences of Chinese citizens who are drawn to a certain level of price/quality ratio and have their perception of what a good or excellent hotel is. Expectations, say, the European may be a few other things and may not be justified in part. But this is not my case - I liked it here. Be prepared to have an unsightly area on one of the 4 sides of the hotel, a beautiful view from the window closed next to the standing buildings or promised balcony may simply be absent from the room. You may even think the building/room needs repair. But most Chinese don 't seem to pay attention to this in the case of low cost. I liked the level of service, the care of the hosts and help in various situations. But if you want to get a service at an adequate price, you should immediately define the cost, quality and time of the service.
