The large holiday home has 3 bedrooms and a well-equipped living area. A washing machine and ski-boot dryer are located in the cellar. The kitchen contains a dishwasher and a spacious dining area and a large bathroom and 2 additional toilets are provided. A minute’s walk from Chalet Hannes is a ski school and ski rental facilities. Tobogganing is possible beside the house. In summer, the surrounding area is great for hiking and mountain biking. Shops and restaurants can be found in Oberperfuss, a 10-minute drive away. A natural bathing lake can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. Free private parking is provided on site. Innsbruck is a 30-mintue drive away. Airport shuttles can be arranged.
