We're rolling out our full international service with a selection of premier routes, and we'll be adding new ones in the months to come.

  •  Our online chat service, available from 9am to 6pm Beijing time.
  
  •  Our fast and easy online request form. Fill it out and we'll respond with the best deals we have in about one hour (during working hours; early next day otherwise).

• Call Us China's Best: Ctrip Call Center Wins Top Honor

  At Ctrip, customer service is a top priority, and we're proud to announce that our call center has won a 2008 Best Call Center award from the China Call Center & CRM Association. It's the second straight year that Ctrip's call center has been honored as one of China's best.
  
  In addition, Ctrip.com Vice President of Customer Service, Ms. Maohua Sun, was named as one of the Best Call Center Leaders of the Year at the award ceremony, which was held on October 16, 2008 in Beijing.
  
  Maohua said of Ctrip's call center: "We will continue striving to achieve the best customer experience for travelers in China and from all over the world."
  
  This is the second high honor the call center has enjoyed in 2008. Previously, in July, China's Prime Minister Wen Jiabao paid a visit to the center, accompanied by Ctrip CEO Fan Min.
